Review Subway Waurn Ponds - Geelong

The manager (older, blonde, tall lady) is the rudest person I’ve met. Doesn’t listen to the order, puts next to no salad on the subs. Even requested more lettuce and she added about three bits to the three bits she’d already put on. The wonderful kids working there do a great job and to deal with the way she treats them and the customers, it’s just heartbreaking.

The old lady that works there is the rudest person I have ever met. She gave the the wrong order and was completely abusing her employees and suggesting they have done the wrong thing, even though the employees are better at her job then her. She is the worst manager. The employee that served was however was so wonderful and respectful, I felt really bad for her cause the manager kept belittling the food she was making and made her mess up constantly. Do not come here and if you do, avoid the manager at all cost!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had at a food place. My boss got a chicken terryaki sub and after reminding them when putting the salad on that it’s supposed to have chicken teriyaki on it, was snapped at saying “I’ll put that on after” and it was still forgotten. I was sent back in to have it replaced and was snapped at by the older lady saying that the chicken wouldn’t have been forgotten because they always check before finishing and that they don’t remake subs as it is a “waste”even though it was their blatant mistake. As I was being snapped at and told that it was my fault that they forgot the meat by the older lady another man was complaining about the wrong sauce being on his sub. After this complaint, the older lady continued to say that she will just put the correct sauce on top of the current sub with the wrong sauce and wouldn’t remake it. As well as all of this, they were preparing food and touching an iPad at the same time without changing gloves. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service and will never be returning. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE (And sub) Please stay away from this subway, the tall old lady, treats customers appalling, but I’d rather be on this side of the glass as the workers cop it ten times worse. She is condescending, aggressive, borderline abusive towards her staff who are doing the exact same job I’ve seen any other employee do at every other subway do. This place needs to be boycotted so it goes under, or bought out, then the manager can learn her lesson in how to run a business. Apart from that, sub was trash, poorly put together and extremely stingy on everything.

This was the worst subway I have ever been to, the guy was so rude and lazy and was talking so quietly I could barely hear him and they were so slow just ignoring the line of people waiting to be served, the guy also didn't ask if I would like a drink or a cookie so I had to remind him that I wanted a drink, When I went to pay my dad gave me $50 because that's all he had and I told the guy cash and he still put it on card and when he finally realised he snatched the money and said thank u have a good day and refused to give me the change after me saying I would like change please he finally gave me the change. he also put the smallest amount of lettace and carrot. DONT GO HERE

We drove all through Geelong as the kids wanted Subway. We knew it closed at 7:30pm so arrived at 7:05 and sure enough staff had packed everything up ready to knock off early. Kids say this is annoying and that they think it’s very lazy. Sad kids = Sad parents. :(

I ordered a large salad bowl and basically got a small. When I asked for extra spinach, she gave me three leaves! The old, tall lady with the blond hair is who served us. Really stingy portions. Very rude lady. Strongly recommend avoiding this subway.

Tomato was soggy and green. I asked for avocado on my sub which turned out to still be frozen. I've tried giving this place a couple of chances but there's always something wrong either with my order or the service. Not going back.
