Our time at the Hotel was really dissapointing. My friend got given a moldy peice of bread and got halfway through it. When she showed staff she got the meal refunded and had to buy another. Just thought it was pretty sloppy on the business who has just given a customer off food. Been meaning to go here with the groups for a long time and we won't be back that's for sure

I liked my Roast Pork but my husband had Chicken parma with a side of chips , the chips where cold and the Chicken parma was Luke warm not nice at all .😒. We had to wait 30mins for our food but in these times that's understandable, but to get meals that are not right is not good !

Great food, great customer service in pleasant environment.
Food at a higher level than your usual hotel meals.
Don't give it a miss if you happent to be by and want to choose from a variety of Australian traditional dishes.

Best venue for a function!! Had my husband’s 50th here and it was awesome! Function room is perfectly set out, the grazing table was spectacular and the food throughout the night was amazing.
Tristan was brilliant behind the bar and Nicole was across everything from start to finish. Can’t rate them highly enough. Will definitely be holding any future functions here as it was so easy and such great value!!

Worst ever gruff customer service from both the manager Sam and another female staff member in regard to me wishing to procure a bottle of wine over the phone to have presented to our friends celebrating there tonight.
I was bluntly told my request can not happen in no uncertain terms, as the procedure will cause their eftpos system to crash, therefore refusing both service to me and a decent sale.
Might I suggest the owners get their systems checked and give their staff a lesson in customer service ?
I trust the food is superior to their service and I shan't be making it a priority venue for any occasion soon.

A family birthday celebration lunch, most enjoyable. The friendly staff supplied sparklers and a candle which turned a great cake into an even more impressive one! It was very busy, but worth the wait!

Super fast, cheap pub meals. Was there on a Sunday - the entree almost beat me back to the table. Mains were quick after that. Food quality was 'above average' - nothing to complain about, but the Dessert platter was next level. Portions are large. Staff were friendly, helpful. Would 100% come back again.
