Brilliant atmosphere and great food! Absolutely loved the arancini balls, and coffee is always fantastic. Definitely pay this place a visit - the owner and staff are wonderful and brings such a good vibe to the place!
Ocean Trout - generous serving. Hollandaise and avo combo is awesome. Pork Belly - the watermelon in nam jim dressing goes perfectly well together (and together with the pork belly). Highly recommended. Just felt like I had fine dining dishes for brunch.
We were regulars when thia was The Cottage and were excited to try it as Picket Fence. The pros: The staff are very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The food was super nice and portions good value for money. The ambience is nice and bright and not too loud like it sometimes used to be. The cons:

Had a great relaxing lunch at Picket Fence. The staff were really friendly, and when I asked them what they recommended they suggested the Korean Beef which I really enjoyed. Coffee was 5 stars.
Good coffee. Nice garden. The bread wasn't toasted for the eggs on toast. Forgiven to some extent 'cos it was excellent bread. Friendly staff/management
Really nice food, good coffee and great service. This is a beautiful place to sit and unwind.
