This was my first visit here and will definitely be my last.😔 Spent $21 here for an orange juice, sausage roll & roast chicken sandwich. Sandwich came toasted when I wanted fresh but when I mentioned this to the staff they said they only come toasted & there's a sign stating that; this was said quite rudely, unfortunately the sign can't be seen as there was alot of condensation on the window but it doesn't say only comes toasted😮‍💨 They did end up giving me another roast chicken sandwich untoasted so I don't see why they made an issue about it in the first place.🤔 The pastry on the sausage roll was cooked on the outside but raw on the inside as seen in the pics posted, I didn't bother complaining as I didn't want to be spoken to rudely again. I'm very disappointed in this cafe😔😔😔

Ordered 2 toasted sandwiches for dine in, received them in a takeaway container, one sandwich had a big piece of grissel and the other had a very long and sharp bone in it. Workers are very rude. Wouldn’t recommend

I like the atmosphere and the way they always have the newspaper. However, the older lady there seems to lack customer service skills. A smile and hello would be nice.

I go here every morning before work starts and I get my daily coffee and gluten free caramel slice. Staff are really nice and find time to talk. Place is well priced and I love my coffee art!

This is my first review. This cafe is in the heart of the city. Friendly staff which was helpful. They had really nice food and great variety of stuff. Definitely a stop by place if your walking past. 5/5 for me. FYI, I also went there this morning before work and got a coffee and muffin which was fantastic

Was there with my 4 daughters this morning. Price was OK but the quality of food and milkshakes were fantastic. Definitely a place to go eat and drink if you are passing through. Tables and cutlery were clean and friendly staff too.

Well placed and with some really good options - I absolutely love their focaccias. You also get a decent portion size. Ambience isn't too bad, but the service is really good.

The gluten free range was really good and I highly recommend it!! Such a good gluten free sausage roll!!!<br/>Also the staff were really nice!! Happy to pay extra when I know I'm getting good food!

Had an egg and bacon this morning and OMG best egg and bacon ever! Really friendly staff, clean, great variety of foods and nice coffee too. Highly recommended.

Lucky the pie was tasty. About the only food shop down stairs at Market square. I mean I would go back but one girl needs to smile and treat their customers nicely and look at them when they speak, don't just brush me off because there was a lady standing behind me. chill out a bit. it's not that bad. <br/>wanted my hot choc in a take away cup not to have here but anywho. customers never right :)<br/>besides that tasty Angus pie ;)
