Restaurant is very dirty. Booth full of crumbs and tables absolutely disgusting.

So far it was great got foods from there Geelong Fyans St but today date 25/4/22 abt 1720hrs very disappointed they gave wrong what I ordered and the chips not warm and soggy no seasoning. not great very disappointed 😕

I received very poor food and service from the Geelong Red Rooster on Fyans Street. Upon arriving home, I discovered the order was incorrect, also, the chicken was dry and tasteless (I did not eat it all - one piece seemed bad and I threw it in the rubbish after one bite), the chips were soggy, and no drink was provided even though it was supposed to be part of the order. I felt ill an hour or two after the meal and was glad I had not eaten it all! I complained to the shop in an e-mail and received neither an apology nor an admission that they did anything wrong. The respondent tried to make it seem it was MY fault! He did, however, offer a free meal which I have declined because I do not wish further punishment. I had not been to a Red Rooster in a very long time, and remembered why after this experience. The one positive - the person who served me was very pleasant even though she got the order wrong.

Burger was boring, bland. Chicken piece was extra greasy oily yuk.
