Mcdonald's - Geelong - Photo album

We ordered in shop via the touch screen. We waited for 5-10 min while others were served. 2 couples. Ours was next. 2 small lattes. A small ice latte no sugar and muffin. Steph finally started. Then a manager off duty came in with a uniform. She took the girl out the back and they got changed as her
Could of been under staffed, but would have be one of the worst Macca's in Aus/USA.....waited close on 30 mins giving them a chance order still wasn't ready, and we would of watched at least 4 people come in a complain about wrong orders or food was cold. Not a very mchappy experience
2nd time in 2 weeks they've stuffed my order 1 was completely stone cold and missing items and now I order an M&M mcflurry and get only soft serve with no toppings....
Long wait for service and no matter how many times I asked for the menulog order, they still actress the didn't hear me until I started texting the customer. It was clear they were very disorganized right at their peak service time.
Playground was locked and staff stated rarely gets opened weekend as older kids will mess with food and drinks. Dining tables were all dirty. Wait time was average. Drive through line was quite busy.
Very good lately. Haven't had an issue for some time and orders are always accurate and fresh.
Customer service was bit awful. Wanted to order my coffee. The crew member saw me and literally ignored (got a feeling she must be thinking I am uber delivery driver). Duty manager came and took the order.
There was a bit of a line in the drive through which was disappointing but we need to keep in mind there's a sever labour shortage due to covid omicron strain. That said the staff where very nice and doing there absolutely best. The beautiful latte was worth the wait. I recommend this maccas especia
