Countless times getting order wrong, even to the point that every item of food was wrong and would have cost half of what I paid.
Numerous times they have not given all of what was ordered. Most often being my kids meals that I have to go back for.

One point each for food and fast service. All of the tables in the restaurant were dirty/sticky. The floor too was dirty. Bins were overflowing. One staff member had ripped pants, another had no name tag and the restaurant was cold. Not a good reflection of the branding
Late night maccas run after a hankering for nuggies. The poor staff were being slammed at the drive-through, but held up unbelievably with warmth and smiles. Really professionally done guys, particularly to the young lady that had to keep coming out in the cold to deliver to cars - really well done
They forgot my cheese burger Friday, give them another go, waited at drive through, they served 2 cars that came in after me. Reversed out went to western ring road treated like a king. Belmont was useless. I now have a new Mc Donald store. All this at 4.30am.
Outrageous. Not happy. This isn’t the first time we haven’t received all of the food we ordered. They told us to move aside for our food and took 5+ minutes to bring our food. Food... if you can call it that, looked like it was slapped together by a person that was blindfolded and throwing it from another room, most of the "stuff" wasn't even between the buns... order was only 4 meals...out of that there was 2 burgers missing, I think the blind guy threw them into another
horrible food, i watch my burger being make by a 12 year old looking kid with long blonde hair, think his name was michael or something along those lines there was no regards for safety i founnd long strands of blonde hair in my BIGG mAc. the worst burger i have ever eating. shoudve gone to KFC food
It was fine for a maccas. Quiet at 230pm Sunday arvo, in and out the drive through like it should be, no hassle the didn't for any chips or burgers.
