After ordering a family pack ($35) I got the meal home to find the chips half cooked, the dimsims half cooked and like rubber and the flake dry like it had been sitting for 3 days. I called the shop and they advised if I retuned the food they would give me a complete replacement or my money back. I returned with %90 of the food still in in the paper as small amount was eaten. I returned to the shop to be rudely told that there was only a quater of the food left over ,So they would only give me $10 back. Instead of actually trying the food all three servers decided to get involved and started playing with the food.
I was rudely handed the money and the person turned their back. No apology given whatsoever.

My goodness these fish n chips were TERRIBLE! Absolutely soaked in oil, had to throw them out they were inedible. 0 out of 5 stars, they were THAT bad.

I've had below par cooking - potato cakes where the batter was cooked but not the potatoes. Also pineapple fritter wasn't to standard either.
