We have followed Saucy chicken for many years, Waurn Ponds days to now, with change of owners a couple of times. Today we had chips and gravy as its one of our favourites , trying it one more time, as last time we found it had gone downhill, the gravy was overpowered by garlic which we rang through informing them of this, thinking they had made a mistake with it, today it was the same again and very thin, obviously they have changed the beautiful gravy they used to make!! We now will no longer visit this shop and look towards another chicken shop unfortunately.

Why are you on Uber Eats? Three separate times now I’ve tried to place a (fairly large $) order for it only not to be accepted and subsequently cancelled 15 minutes later. Pretty poor customer experience.

Really gone down in quality since changing owners.
While I was in their tonight a lady said she won't be returning.
I threw out my food last time because it was horrible but gave it another try tonight and only slightly improved.
Last time I was in there they lost 3 customers

I think guys worth to taste the delicious roast chicken that was provided by the new beauful charming boss.The most importance is the new boss has careful and responsiable character.Saucy Chicken will be better than better with everyone’s enthusiasm.

What on earth is wrong with this place.
5th time this month i have walked in and out from not being served. Staff are so slow and dont care, owner sits out the back on his phone looking at you while his staff take 10 minutes to put a box of chips and a chicken in a bag. Get your act together.
