I love love love Baker's & Co. All the sweets are incredible. I've never had a pastry, cake or biscuit from there that I didn't adore. I can't recommend them enough. The prices aren't super cheap, but you get amazing quality for your money.
Great coffee. Lively staff and magnificent food selection. Delicious baked goods both sweet and savoury. Nifty little tasty treats to purchase and a range of homewares and books. Eat in or take away. Very french cafe feel. Loved it.
Travelled to Southern Tassie after the fires a couple of weeks ago, had been through Geeveston a couple times before but never stopped at Baker & Co. I read so many good reviews of the food and was very "bitterly" disappointed with the coffee. I honestly think someone needs to do a barrista course.
Keep driving. Do not stop. Do not go to Baker & Co. the menu here is about 2 sentences, the prices are about 200% more than they should be. If you’re starving eat your own arm or some moss from the side of the road. You’ll feel better for it and less guilt about what you just paid for.
Delicious pastries and coffee. Staff are friendly, I would recommend stopping by.
