Review Cafe 1069 - George Town

Our family had a vegetarian pizza and two cheese burgers and it was marvellous. Food wasn't too heavy but very filling and chips were fresh and crispy. Ambiance was very relaxed and wait staff were faultless. Highly recommend.

Crunchy and tasty corn fritters, not a huge quantity for the price : $22.00.

Friendly staff, good service, delicious egg and bacon roll with chili jam.

Dropped in for late(ish) lunch. Only ones there. Guys were SO nice! Amidst the many meat options which I'm sure are popular, were two falafel dishes. They were fresh & tasted divine! Not easy to find vegetarian options sometimes. Well done!

Would never of picked this as a place to make a vegan smile... So many other places in Tassie have no interest in Vegan options and then I stumble across this one WOW and thank you.. killer spinach and banana smoothie as well as bliss bomb and raw slice... Made my weekend, actually my week.. Thank you.. And the staff are lovely and the fitout cosy and funky..

We had a work function today at Cafe 1069. What can I say but Wow wow wow. They smashed it. The staff could not do enough to make the event fantastic. The venue was ideal for a casual lunch. The food was delicious. Could not be happier. Thank you Cafe 1069 ����

The best food joint in GTown by a long shot. My parents come down from Launceston just to have their pizza, they love them. Burgers are awesome to. Great family friendly atmosphere and wonderful staff :-)

Fantastic service, amazing food and great atmosphere! We celebrated our sons 7th birthday tonight and the staff were so incredible we immediately booked for my husbands birthday in a few weeks!

Lovely night with lovely people and an exceptional salmon and dill pizza and a sneaky little Shiraz. Service was excellent. You have to get down there.

We were happy to see this cafe open in the Main Street of George Town on a recent visit. The coffee and food ( best burgers!) were delicious and service was excellent. We really enjoyed everything about this cafe.

We loved the boss burgers! Food was spot on and the staff very attentive and friendly. Awesome vibes, and loved the music!
