Went there for dinner and the food was amazing from the presentation to the taste. Absolute kudos to the chef and his team. The service was absolutely faultless, the team were attentive and friendly. Everything worked like a well oiled machine. Look forward to coming back next time we are in Geraldt
Had such a tasty lunch yesterday . Octopus was perfectly cooked with chargrilled flavour . My girlfriend order the roasted duck which was divine. Both dishes were served with fresh salad very well dressed.
Also ordered the hand cut chips…..next level .

Very nice steak sandwich with mushrooms. Probably the best steak sandwich I've head in a very long time.
Only disappointing thing was the waitress asked if we wanted to have an extra bowl of chips as the meal just comes with 5 potato wedges. We said yes and the bowl have 7 extra wedges for $9. Mo
The Salt Dish has Absolutely delicious dishes for any palate. I had the steak sandwich and it was awesome. So flavoursome and very filling. I recommend that you try this petite little treasure.

Food was delicious. The quality of the service and food was amazing. The kids ice cream Sunday was fabulous and as well as tasting lovely it looked great as well. Although the peanut ice cream sandwich was a little bland everything else was top notch.
Friday night 24 June for dinner at the Salt Dish. Our first time at this cafe and it’s a gem. The dinner menu is a fixed one with either 2/3 courses with some excellent dishes to choose from.
Wait staff were very friendly here though that is the only positive about I gathered from this place. We got the 2 course dinner for $60 pp. Scallops were cooked well but garnish pairings were strange especially with the bit of cold bread. I had asked for the steak med rare but came out quite rare,
