We had dinner celebrating our wedding anniversary last night. The food was absolutely delicious (We had calamari and beef for entree and risotto and pork belly mains) Then the chocolate creme brûlée for desert was amazing! The waitress was lovely and friendly. Thank you Salt dish for providing such a wonderful dining experience ��
I was in Geraldton for the day so searched for a place to grab breakfast on Instagram. I located the beautiful little cafe that is Salt Dish on Marine Tce and had the zucchini and almond bread with crispy bacon poached eggs lemon mayo and greens – it was one of the best brekkies I've ever had!!! Plus the staff were so lovely, casual and friendly. It's a must! I will be back next time I'm in town!
Thank you to all the staff for an amazing evening. The food was exceptional & the service brilliant. Justin’s wine knowledge is excellent and thoroughly enjoyed Duncan Harris’s Organic Wines. Would highly recommend Salt Dish to anyone.

Popped in for lunch - had heard very good things about this cafe and the wonderful staff. Didn't disappoint. Calamari dish was superb. A friendly atmosphere, busy at lunchtime - a sure sign that the locals love this place too. Top of my list for future visits to Geraldton.
Behind this little red door is a quaint, relaxed and friendly cafe style restruant. The food has never disappointed with a delicious healthy menu and the staff are always warm and welcoming 👍
Had dinner this evening and could not fault one thing out of 3 courses. We have come all the way from QLD and this is easily the best meal we have ever had. The pork belly with Asian salad and baked custard tart were to die for. Great friendly service aswell!
Amazing belly pork dish. Normally the belly pork is the most flavoursome thing on the the plate. But although deliciously and succulent, this belly pork had some serious competition with the snake been salad and dressing and a delicious caramel chilli sauce. YUM
Great atmosphere and beautiful food. Nice selection of gluten free and they also have soy milk. Staff friendly and accommodating. Definitely give it a try if in Geraldton!

Went there for dinner and the food was amazing from the presentation to the taste. Absolute kudos to the chef and his team. The service was absolutely faultless, the team were attentive and friendly. Everything worked like a well oiled machine. Look forward to coming back next time we are in Geraldton.
Had such a tasty lunch yesterday . Octopus was perfectly cooked with chargrilled flavour . My girlfriend order the roasted duck which was divine. Both dishes were served with fresh salad very well dressed.
Also ordered the hand cut chips…..next level .

Very nice steak sandwich with mushrooms. Probably the best steak sandwich I've head in a very long time.
Only disappointing thing was the waitress asked if we wanted to have an extra bowl of chips as the meal just comes with 5 potato wedges. We said yes and the bowl have 7 extra wedges for $9. More than $1 per wedge.

The Salt Dish has Absolutely delicious dishes for any palate. I had the steak sandwich and it was awesome. So flavoursome and very filling. I recommend that you try this petite little treasure.
If you are looking for a great place for lunch and are over fish and chips, this is the place to go to - a varied and interesting menu. We had the beef cheeks with ginger and soy, black rice and asian slaw, and the Brussel sprouts with aioli - both were excellent. Well worth a visit but I suspect you need to book.
Food was delicious. The quality of the service and food was amazing. The kids ice cream Sunday was fabulous and as well as tasting lovely it looked great as well. Although the peanut ice cream sandwich was a little bland everything else was top notch.
Friday night 24 June for dinner at the Salt Dish. Our first time at this cafe and it’s a gem. The dinner menu is a fixed one with either 2/3 courses with some excellent dishes to choose from.
