It takes 1 hour & 10 minutes to drive here from the Sutherland shire , and is so worth the drive ...the food is out of this world ... The service 5 star... Presentation amazing ...This would have to be the best food on the south coast of NSW.
Amazing! The Blue Goose is now my favorite cafe in Gerringong. Had the vege stack and it was the best breakfast I have had in a very long time, if not ever!! Lovely staff and great coffee. Will definitely be visiting whenever in the area. This place is a must!
The Blue Goose is a fantastic new place to dine in Gerringong and we could not recommend it highly enough. We are Gerringong locals & have sampled most of the restaurants around the Gerringong/Kiama/Berry area - The Blue Goose is easily on par (if not better!)
The food was delicious; the service was brilliant & given the quality of the food we found it very reasonably priced.
This is the kind of place Gerringong needed & we will definitely be back!
Had an amazing breakfast here this morning,food was amazing so filling the homemade bake beans are the best ive ever tasted. My daughter cant wait to go back and have more pancakes with bacon. The staff were so helpful and friendly would recommanded to anyone who heading to the area to try this cafe will not be sorry you did. Will be back for sure next time we come down for a hoilday.
Fantastic cafe/restaurant. We went for breakfast and were very impressed, so decided to try out dinner. It was a knockout. Often I think that chicken dishes are an afterthought, but the crispy chicken with chorizo, asparagus and sweet corn was rich and intensely flavoured. The Barramundi was cooked to perfection, and my mother thought it was the best pork belly she has had. Also, they have BYO with free corkage, so we could take along a nice drop. So we definitely recommend going for dinner. What a versatile place. Friendly service as well.
We were visiting from Perth and visited this beautiful hidden gem. In the 3 weeks we were visiting, we came in various of times with family and friends. The staff were always lovely and always made sure we were happy. It's a shame we live 4 days worth of driving away!
The meals were a very generous size and tasted amazing. Loved the flower garnish on our meals. Probably timing with large group meals could be better. Still rate this place a 9/10. One of the best in Gerringong
On our holiday from Brisbane, we had the pleasure of dining for brunch at this lovely cafe & were all very impressed. So impressed that we came back the next day! The meals were freshly made, beautifully presented & came out quite quickly. A great variety of food at a reasonable price & the dining area was spacious & clean with the choice of indoor, outdoor or take-away. The staff were friendly & very accommodating. Will definitely return on our next visit.

Food was really sensational. Cute decor and a lovely atmosphere. Service was really friendly and prompt so couldn't fault it really. Definitely a place I would recommend for dinner.
What a dining experience! The salt and pepper squid entree is tender and tasty, served on the most delicious bed of noodles. And the lamb main falls apart on the fork, and is accompanied by a beetroot jus and exquisitely cooked carrots and beans. Free corkage is the icing on the cake. Great service and prices too. Highly recommend.
My family love the Gerringong and Gerroa area. Even more so now that we've found a great place to eat too at a reasonable price. Can't say enough about how delicious the food was. So tasty! THE BEST cafe by far that I've ever been to. We will definitely drive the 2 hours to spend a day by the water and eat here. No need to search around, trust me, this is the place! Well done Chef! I will definitely come back to try your beetroot purée :)
Excellent breakfast this morning at the Blue Goose Gerringong. Very interesting menu. The 3 fat, but so light and fluffy pancakes were the best ever, topped with crispy bacon and rich maple syrup. The Eggs Benedict was also scrumptuous with piles of smoked salmon and a very creamy Hollandaise sauce. Toby's Estate coffee was perfect, and the service from the two girls behind the counter couldn't have been better - very polite and efficient. Can't wait to go back and try the Dinner Menu. THANK YOU Blue Goose !! 10/10
