Review Gerringong Pizza - Gerringong

Reconsider if ordering on a Friday night or weekend as you will be waiting awhile. We ordered pizzas online ahead of opening and were informed it would be a 30 minute wait, until moments later it was updated to a 2 hour wait. Upon visiting the store to see if we could pickup in person earlier, we were informed this was not possible as we had a large order of 6 pizzas. When the pizza was delivered, it was cold and cut very poorly. Would have been better getting store-bought pizza. Would not recommend.

My orders were so delicious however the delivery time was informed didn’t satisfy and we had to call to check my order. I would like to try again next time!

When we placed our order the website said the expected wait time would be 30 minutes. However, when the text came through the actual wait time was over 1.5 hours. Totally understand that this place is busy and they are doing the best they can, but they should make the wait time on the website match the actual wait time, so patrons can make other plans if the wait time is *three* times longer than expected. After reading other reviews I see this is an ongoing issue so hopefully they can improve.

Tried this pizza parlor for the first time. It didn't disappoint. Thin n crispy base great fresh topping. Friendly staff. Although if i was to get it delivered it might be different. Definately go here and eat out the front. Very satisfying thankyou guys

Looks awesome but this is a family peperoni and it has only like 21 pieces on it. Makes it more than 1.00 per piece of peperoni.

THE most pathetic service. Over 1.5 hours for a delivery of 1 x pizza which generally taste worse than the cardboard box they come in. I could’ve driven to Sydney an almost back with a hot pizza in that time. Undeniably gerringongs most overrated take away, any wonder zoobs can afford to take a holiday, knowing there customer base will right there waiting upon return. I’m ashamed I even have to give a star to proceed onto comment

Awesome pizzas tonight even though you are so busy. Worth the wait for what was inside that box. I will be back!!!

A very disappointing dinner. We ordered online and there was a 1hr 45 min wait - fair enough it was a Friday night. We arrived at the given pick up time to be told they had forgotten our order and to come back in another 20mins. We came back - and were told they were busy, we would have to wait another 10mins. No apologies, no nothing. The pizza was fine - a tip the family pizzas are big! We had had such a great meal and experience here 2 years ago so we were expecting more.
