Well we tried again tonight to give the fish and chips another go. Sometimes it's nice but mostly, like tonight's meal, was not pleasant to eat. We won't be buying fish and chips here again.
Uncooked, raw and cold. This was an expensive mistake. After waiting over 30minutes for the take away order of fish n chips, on opening we discovered that the batter hadn't even cooked through and the fish was still raw. Food was ok but unfortunately there was a mis understanding with drinks and they want us to pay more but on the menu it states the price and when asked about the difference the first time was we had to pay $5.50 then when queried was told 3dollars make up your mind what is the difference

Very tasty and we'll priced. Oil seemed reasonably fresh. Chips and gravy $5, potato scallops $0.80, fish cocktail $1.
I have decided to share my pleasant experience after eating twice in Gerringong Cafe and Take away. The staff were very polite and quick. The food quality was high as it was not oily and the hamburger meat was really fresh. The sea food i ate in my first trip was also delicious and again not oily. H
Great customer service, food was cheap and very affordable. furthermore, the food were not only cheap but was very good and fresh. Food came in large portions and was worth the price. The view was also great there.
