This venue is fine. It's a smaller HJ's. I would like to see it fixed up a little one of these days, especially in the parking and drive through area as it's off a very busy road. Whenever I go in, no problems this far. Even though it's small, they still have a playground for kids and a little part
Had a meal combo, which consisted of chocolate thickshake, (which tasted a bit weird so I threw it in the bin), battered onion rings, these were not my favourite, found them a bit too chewy & the tropical whopper, which I'm not a fan of at all, I couldn't taste the pineapple at all due to the excess
The service was quick and the place clean. Otherwise kids meals were not as expected.
Chips were fresh and tasty, but the crispy chicken burger was dry as F🤬🤬K...
Ordered double mushroom swiss chicken burger. There is no mushroom at all. Manager says 'it is mushroom sauce' worst HJ ever.
Worst drive through in the history of drive throughs. Service is pretty average for a hungry jacks which is nice. Not on the terrible side like most. I'd say they've got some decent staff it's just the horrendous drive through that does them in. As well as the entrance which requires walking through
Fresh and the order was correct as ordered. Can’t ask much more, maybe some promo for next purchase, tell me what’s new. Keep it so super fresh like you do! Love that the salad on the burgers was super super fresh 🥗🍔🍅🥒
Received bad vegan burgers 2 weeks ago, and after giving feedback, we were approached by Hungry jack and they offered 2 free meals.
Just brought the meals in, the staff/manager were very friendly and provided excellent customer service.
