Have come here a few times, Never had the food poisoning issues as per some of the reviews here. Bahn Mi is probably one of the best in Perth. And at $5 is a steal! The place looks clean and new now, probably a renovation or new owners. Seem to have a range of cakes for sale. Sugar cane drink was really good Iced coffee did taste odd and didn't drink

Always been my favourite banh mi, I've tried many places, and still the best over the years. Flavoursome and fresh tasting ingredients and roll.

Come here everytime I visit family close by and it’s honestly the best banh mi I have ever eaten! Super tasty. My favourite is the crispy roast pork roll. I’ve never had any problems with the food here and the place has recently been renovated and is a lot neater and cleaner than what it was before the Reno. My go to place for a delicious banh mi fix 😋

0 stars - also a victim of severe food poisoning (salmonella confirmed also) after getting roast pork rolls on Sunday 19th April at 12pm from here. When I saw my Doctor on 23rd he mentioned I was one of several people to present to him that week with the same problem. Have never felt so violently ill. Then to see several other people complain before me on both Google Reviews & Facebook, some needing to go to hospital too - horrified!

Angry. Family bought banh mi's on Saturday and Sunday 19th April. Extremely ill with salmonella poisoning all of us. On going for almost 7 days. I felt like i was dying. The extreme pain of all the symptoms. Everytime I tried to drink some fluids my stomach would cramp bad and straight to the toilet. I think they must've not prepared fresh food after their covid 19 break and served us old rotten ingredients. I regret so much i put family in this positon. I am now so paranoid about any place that sells banh mi's now. The experience has terrified me.

1 year on from consuming salmonella contaminated rolls, I still suffer from the effects it's had on my body. A week in hospital, reactive arthritis triggered by the bacteria. multiple cortisone injections just to get back on my feet, 8 weeks off work and year long joint pains stemming from this. I used to frequent this place weekly. I can't believe how many other victims there have been since the outbreak I was caught up in. These people have no right to continue serving the public with poison. it was only by coincidence that I only just stumbled across this page. I was going to just move on, but I had to have my say. shame.

I was one of the hundreds of people that were given food poisoning at this lunchbar. I ended up in hospital for nearly a fortnight. And I wasn't the only one. I cannot believe in this day and age that people are still so unaware of good food handling practices. I've heard she went to court, and the sh*t hole was shut down until it was brought up to code, and they had to go learn about good food handling practices. Jesus.. STAY AWAY

Honestly I don’t know what to say , 14 years or more I’ve been going to this place , recommending my friends , bulk buying for me and my work colleagues , buying bulk for family events . I’ve never had an issue but 4 rolls purchased on Sunday 19th April put me and my brother in hospital and had my partner off sick , we are still recovering from it missing a week In work . It’s so severe my brother is still in Joondalup hospital now dealing with kidney issues as repercussions induced by consuming these rolls . They were the best place in town ! Went there religiously at least every 2-3rd week .... this has put me off forever

I go to nhu loan cafe regularly the rolls are delicious and she is now selling pork buns which are also delicious thanks guys another couple of kilos added to the waistline

Ive had a cake from them and its amazing taste so fresh and so soft and the cream isnt to much! And the meat rolls are heaven♥

Visited this place while on a road trip. Pretty normal place I'd say. Food was great. Hygienic. Loved the hot dogs though. Can be visited with family.

Delicious pork slice roll that was worth the detour on a Sunday drive. Nice crispy roll and loads of filling that was made fresh to order for only $5 its a bargain!

Had the BBQ pork banh mi which was very good value for money at just $5 and tasted great too. The bread was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and not too thick, the pate and meat were flavourful. Only downside was that my BBQ pork had a few big chewy pieces of fat which was quite unpleasant, besides that my banh mi was amazing.

Just had a bbq pork roll from here, so good. Bread was fresh and the fillings were awesome, and only $5. Will be returning here in the future for sure

Growing up north of the river in the ghetto (hahaha) I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by many Vietnamese Banh Mi Thit (Vietnamese bread roll) places. As a fellow Vietnamese, I am always on the hunt for the most delicious banh mi in Perth. I have eaten many banh mi in my time and consider myself a bit of an expert on what makes a good banh mi. The bread needs to be crunchy, there needs to be lots of butter and pate (personal preference) and the meat needs to be flavoursome, good salad to meat ratio and evenly distributed (so that you’re not getting a mouthful of just coriander). Now Newpark is known to have a number of banh mi places, so I have been spoilt for choice and I have tried many of the shops and compared. After much deliberation, I would say that Nhu Loan is my favourite and makes the best banh mi in Perth. The banh mi are made fresh to order and you can opt to add extra meat if you like for 50 cents or 1 dollar. The owner is friendly and the food is good value for money. A cheap lunch option and my number one choice when trying to satisfy my cravings – Would recommend!

The best banh mi in town! Love this. I live South of the river and will purposely drive up north for this! A small little cafe/lunch bar but the banh mi is delicious.. Don't judge by how the outside of this lunch bar looks. My favourite is the combination pork roll! A must try!

One of our most favourite places to go for banh mi and bun thit nuong with my hubby and daughter! So generous with their portions. And food is so tasty and yummy. They have scrapped out some of their dishes from their menu but thankfully my favourites are still there.

Love this place! Some of the best Viet in Perth. The Banh Beo, Banh Khot & Banh Xeo was all delicious. Fresh & super tasty. Highly recommended

Best addiction eva. I am addicted to his Viet Rolls and all the food they make , it is yummy and best of all great value for money and instead of having yukky take aways at least you don't feel guilty having rice paper spring rolls or other food from the menu yum yum yum

The best Banh Mi. The owners are friendly & always greet you with a smile. Their food is cheap & very tasty. They make the best Authentic banh mi in girrawheen if not Perth :)

Excellent!. Great pancake! Very decent banh mi ti as well. Noodles extremely fresh. Very cheap. Very good Vietnamese coffee. Seriously, try the Banh Xao pancake...

What a nice place!. Great little place, the people here were very welcoming!<br/><br/>The raw beef phở was very good. The soup is not as sweet as some places, it was a bit meatier in flavour, which suits me very well. The pork chop and broken rice was great, the chop nicely charred.<br/><br/>This is a nice place, and also very convenient. A family can sit down and have a variety of Vietnamese dishes, a serve of fish'n'chips and Vietnamese baguette, all in the one shop.<br/><br/>A good one-stop shop, friendly and tasty.

The shop recently opened having moved their fish and chip shop to Newpark adding some Vietnamese staples to their menu. <br/>Banh mi thit is great. Very filling.<br/>I have also tried their Pho, Bun Reo, Bun bo hue and noodles with mixed grilled meat. All dishes are flavoursome and at a reasonable price. <br/>Owners are friendly:)<br/>Oh they serve Vietnamese ice coffee too::)

Fish & Thits. Nhu Loan serves Vietnamese dishes such as Noodle Soup, Com Tam Dac Biet & Banh Mi Thit, they also serve Fish & Chips from 4pm to 8pm.
