Visited this place while on a road trip. Pretty normal place I'd say. Food was great. Hygienic. Loved the hot dogs though. Can be visited with family.
Delicious pork slice roll that was worth the detour on a Sunday drive. Nice crispy roll and loads of filling that was made fresh to order for only $5 its a bargain!
Had the BBQ pork banh mi which was very good value for money at just $5 and tasted great too. The bread was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and not too thick, the pate and meat were flavourful. Only downside was that my BBQ pork had a few big chewy pieces of fat which was quite unpleasant, besides that my banh mi was amazing.
Just had a bbq pork roll from here, so good. Bread was fresh and the fillings were awesome, and only $5. Will be returning here in the future for sure

Growing up north of the river in the ghetto (hahaha) I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by many Vietnamese Banh Mi Thit (Vietnamese bread roll) places. As a fellow Vietnamese, I am always on the hunt for the most delicious banh mi in Perth. I have eaten many banh mi in my time and consider myself a bit of an expert on what makes a good banh mi. The bread needs to be crunchy, there needs to be lots of butter and pate (personal preference) and the meat needs to be flavoursome, good salad to meat ratio and evenly distributed (so that you’re not getting a mouthful of just coriander). Now Newpark is known to have a number of banh mi places, so I have been spoilt for choice and I have tried many of the shops and compared. After much deliberation, I would say that Nhu Loan is my favourite and makes the best banh mi in Perth. The banh mi are made fresh to order and you can opt to add extra meat if you like for 50 cents or 1 dollar. The owner is friendly and the food is good value for money. A cheap lunch option and my number one choice when trying to satisfy my cravings – Would recommend!
The best banh mi in town! Love this. I live South of the river and will purposely drive up north for this! A small little cafe/lunch bar but the banh mi is delicious.. Don't judge by how the outside of this lunch bar looks. My favourite is the combination pork roll! A must try!

01/Jan/2015This place has a smaller menu that other Vietnamese restaurants, but what the sell, they do well. They specialise in Banh Mi Thit (pork rolls) for $5.00
One of our most favourite places to go for banh mi and bun thit nuong with my hubby and daughter! So generous with their portions. And food is so tasty and yummy. They have scrapped out some of their dishes from their menu but thankfully my favourites are still there.
Love this place! Some of the best Viet in Perth. The Banh Beo, Banh Khot & Banh Xeo was all delicious. Fresh & super tasty. Highly recommended

The best Banh Mi. The owners are friendly & always greet you with a smile. Their food is cheap & very tasty. They make the best Authentic banh mi in girrawheen if not Perth :)
What a nice place!. Great little place, the people here were very welcoming!
The raw beef phở was very good. The soup is not as sweet as some places, it was a bit meatier in flavour, which suits me very well. The pork chop and broken rice was great, the chop nicely charred.
This is a nice place, and also very convenient. A family can sit down and have a variety of Vietnamese dishes, a serve of fish'n'chips and Vietnamese baguette, all in the one shop.

The shop recently opened having moved their fish and chip shop to Newpark adding some Vietnamese staples to their menu.
Banh mi thit is great. Very filling.
I have also tried their Pho, Bun Reo, Bun bo hue and noodles with mixed grilled meat. All dishes are flavoursome and at a reasonable price.

Have come here a few times, Never had the food poisoning issues as per some of the reviews here.
Bahn Mi is probably one of the best in Perth. And at $5 is a steal! The place looks clean and new now, probably a renovation or new owners. Seem to have a range of cakes for sale.

Always been my favourite banh mi, I've tried many places, and still the best over the years. Flavoursome and fresh tasting ingredients and roll.
Come here everytime I visit family close by and it’s honestly the best banh mi I have ever eaten! Super tasty. My favourite is the crispy roast pork roll. I’ve never had any problems with the food here and the place has recently been renovated and is a lot neater and cleaner than what it was before the Reno. My go to place for a delicious banh mi fix 😋
