Bread was old and burnt. They put the wrong cheese on my footlong first subway l was very disappointed. Please use fresh bread don’t use yesterday bread and don’t burn the bread makes it taste bad. Also train staff so they know the cheese names.

I say its OK for the most part, The food is allways fresh and customer service is good but whats holding me back is how disorganised the workers are. If theres 3 or more custormers in the shop there eventully gonna mix it up. If they cant multi task then dont do it!
