Ordered the pepperoni pizza through UberEats. It had a crispy crust and just the right amount cheese and pepperoni. Would definitely get my pizza delivered from them again!
The staff were polite and accommodating . The Spaghetti Bolognaise that I had was very tasty . The wait time wasn’t too long .
I would recommend the restaurant.
Nicest pasta I've had in ages. I had the A La Romana with fettuccine.
And the hot chocolate was both hot and very chocolaty.
Why did I have a craving for pasta? I realised half way through this mid-afternoon lunch that I had watched people enjoying delicious pasta on a sitcom last night.
The opening hours make this a good place for a late lunch.
We ordered a tandoori lamb and chicken pizza and a red devil pizza 🍕. The tandoori lamb was the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place. The pizza was ready on time and the flavours were amazing! Our go to pizza place from now on 😍👍🏼
We just discovered this great little pizza place. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered a pizza and carbonara pasta which was a generous serve. The pizza base was light and crisp with just the right amount of topping. They use good quality ingredients and the pizza was not oily or salty. We will definitely be back to try more of their food.
Came in starving with the family. Ordered beef scallopini, mushroom linguini and a large mushroom and pineapple pizza.
Fast service and very tasty. Had not Been for 11 years and Owners still look after you. Calizoni with garlic and cheese was complimentary and tasty.
Prices are very reasonable ... yes good value !
Thanks .. will be back.
The place is welcoming and so is the staff. The food is really good home made fare. Nice size portions. I would recommend to add an "Antipasto" to the menu (a nice serve with some sliced ham and prosciutto, artichoke hearts, semi-dry tomatoes, olives, a little fetta or mozzarella, roasted capsicum etc. served with a little bread). I think it will be a successful idea. I will return.
Grab a takeaway or stay in at Anabella’s simple, welcoming, family friendly restaurant for top value pizza and pasta dishes in Glenhuntly! Anabella is one of those great, local restaurants. It’s got a nice...
What a pleasure to be invited to Annabella’s last night. For a little suburban pizza shop the food was fabulous and we were thoroughly impressed. Friendly service and filled with local families, they were also doing a roaring trade in takeaway.
We started with the feta and garlic calzone. While it was a little oily it’s because it was packed full of delicious cheese and there was a just the right amount of garlic to give it the perfect flavour too. We also had the bbq chicken pizza. This is a favourite of mine, because I firmly believe in pineapple on a pizza. It had a good base and a very generous amount of topping. There is also a range of gourmet pizza available but I was very happy with this traditional one (although I believe Italians would have something to say about about my use of the word traditional in the context of pizza and pineapple).
We then sampled the pastas which were unbelievably generous portions. And for the price points I frankly couldn’t believe how much good quality food was on the plate!
Parts of the pasta were perhaps a bit over but again the chicken in my dish was plentiful and the flavour was definitely there. My dining companions marinara was full of well cooked seafood and very much enjoyed with a nice glass of wine.
We finished our meal with some delicious ice cream being sadly too full to explore any more of the dessert range which sounded fabulous.
While it wasn’t perfect, for the value for money it was close enough
Came here tonight with a friend and walking in we were greeted by the owner Eddie and another friendly staff member. The ambience of the venue was very cosy and homely. We were invited to take a seat and were given menus immediately as well as being asked if we wanted a drink. The waitress who served us was very friendly and personable and easy to get on with.
We started off with a garlic pizza which was delicious! It was cheesy, stringy and a good amount of garlic. A great starter to our meal. No complaints.
For our main course, we ordered a margarita pizza and I added chilli and capsicum and my friend ordered the Penne Napolitano. We also shared a bowl of chips that came with mayonnaise and a peri sauce. The pasta was cooked well and the sauce was tasty and a perfect amount. My friend really enjoyed it.
The chips were exactly how you like them, hot, golden and crunchy and the special salt they used made them even tastier.
The Margarita Pizza was definitely the hero of the night. In the past, the many other pizzas that I’ve eaten where the chilli is either overwhelming or completely understated that I can’t taste it all, not so with Anabella’s. All the flavours stood out and it tasted perfect.I couldn’t praise it any higher! Was just faultless! Wanting to leave room for dessert, I took home the leftover Margarita Pizza and even having it cold the next day, it still tasted delicious!
For dessert, we chose the Mars Bar Calzone which was also absolutely divine! It wasn’t too sweet as you’d expect however some strawberries would have added a nice fresh touch.
The prices are very reasonable for a local pizza joint. You can pre-order to expedite your order and delivery is also available. Parking is just on the street but beware you can’t "chuck a U-ey" in that part of Glenhuntly Road!
Highly recommend!
Just love my local pizza shop Anabella!
This is not the place for your hip, trendy Melbourne pizzas, but when you crave comfort and homey ness in a meal, the pizza at Anabella hits the spot every time! Bases are always lovely and crisp, and toppings are generous. Gluten free options also hold up well! I personally love going for something simple like a Nepolitana, with added hot salami. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend!
This place is located right near the glen huntly station. Good variety of pizza’s. Tried the classic anabella pizza and liked the taste. Also tried the carbonara pasta and the fries. Tbh I just went for the fries. That is what I ended up eating as well. Both the other items were good too. Although prices are on the expensive side but can do once in a while
Food: great value for money. Amazing selection when they say the pizza is spicy they mean it!
Size: restaurant size is great for holding family dinners
Parking: easy road side parking
Best pizza I have had in a long time.
Dont get me wrong, I love my gourmet pizzas, I'm an inner city chick and have eaten at Melbournes best The Doc, Carlton, Banter North Melbourne, Oscars just to name a few. But this place really know thier stuff when it comes to making the most tastiest pizzas, from the crust, getting just the right crispness without being over cooked or dry, to the topping. Tonight I had prochuto with bocochini, spinach and garlic. Perfect!!! The decor may be a bit dated and Glenhuntly may not be the hippest side of town but Annabellas make the best pizzas hands down.
Stone throw away from Glen Huntly station , this outlet cannot be missed. We were here on a weekday and the whole place just empty. There is ample place for people to sit and you have the option for take away too. Coming to food we called for a large VEGETARIAN pizza.
A simple pizza with a moderately thick crust with tomato as the base and generous portions of peppers, onions ,pickled olives and mushroom along with cheese makes this a decent pizza that would definitely kill your hunger pangs. There are others stuff like pasta risotto yearling available here and with a decent experience here I am sure I will be back for more at Anabella. As the place was empty we had a good interaction with the chef who recommended us with this pizza.I have no doubts that I will be back here.
Pizza!. Had a very nice takeaway pizza with some friends from here. Ordered online and pizza was hot when we arrived. Ingredients were fresh and cooked well. Will have to come back and try some different pizzas!
Good service & Food. Not just good pizza there salads are great
Wow what's with the bad reviews?. Have been eating Anabellas on and off for years. Our family loves the food. Pizzas have always been really nice, burgers are great and so are the wraps/souvlakis. Can't believe it has such a bad name on Urbanspoon...!
Excellent time. I have to say I really enjoyed my visit to Anebella Pizza, don't know what these other reviewers are talking about... bad night maybe? Food was excellent and they were the perfect hosts! Thanks!
Brunch.. lunch.. dinner.. supper... Anabella's chicken avocado pizza was the best pizza I've had! The restaurant is also very cosy and relaxed with friendly service. Anabella's great for all dining occasions especially because it opens til late.
Great pizza place. Went here with a couple of friends. They have good vegetarian options as well. The sea food salad was good too. I definitely recommend this place for good pizzas. Prices are not too steep and quality of food is good too.
Lots of fillings but tasted a bit blend. The lot didn’t taste as good as i thought it would. The pizza base could have been cooked a lil bit mor3 :)
Great pizza. Well worth the price
Never disappointed with the food, service an amazing place to get a fabulous meal highly recommend

Best pizza I've had in melbourne. Me and my gf shared the Large Mediterranean (V) $20 with feta and risotto funghi $14. The pizza had the perfect Base - fluffy and light, with fresh veggie ingredients on top. The risotto was cooked to perfection. Will be coming back.
I've been a customer here on and off for over a decade. I especially love the Red Devil pizza. Just enough of a chilli kick without being overbearing. Delicious.
