Review Upsy Daisy - Glen Huntly

Woodie O
I only tried coffee and it's not bad. Good stop for coffee and icecream if you take your kids to the playground. The front facade looks basic and it looked a bit deserted (ie not many people) which initially made me wonder if it's good. But you have to go in to the back of the shop and it has a much better cafe atmosphere with people sitting down.

A good place to have frozen yoghurt. Especually on a hot summer day. Choose our own yoghurt, with the selection of original or berries, then select ad many topping as we want, bring to the cashier, they it will be weighted up. Pleasure.

Great coffee and yummy milkshakes :)

Went there on opening day and loved it! Such a clever set up opposite the park. The service was great, coffee fantastic and, I also had the farmers bowl which was particularly delicious. A great addition for Glen Huntly. Keep up the good work team :)

Handy cafe for the park with excellent coffee and tempting treats.

Ordered the farmers bowl for $16. It contained canned corn, canned beetroot, dry and old tasting shredded chicken and just ingredients thrown together with no real love or flavour. Normally I would at least try and finish my meal even if it doesn’t taste very great, but the flavour combination was so bad I couldn’t even do so. I’m not sure about the other items on their menu, which could be good, but I would definitely recommend against getting this on the menu.

Dropped in and had a coffee. It was a bright , relaxing and casual atmosphere. Have been to other location - mister brightside and Hendricks Burgers which are equally great places.

Super clean place. Love the smoothie I had and my wife liked her coffee. Good service

The food here is tasty and vego friendly, but I've dropped a star because you use disposable bowls, cups etc even for people who eat in. My eat-in acai bowl even came with a plastic lid. What a waste. Sort this out and I'll be back with bells on.

Yummy toasties and cool vibe in here! Will be back

Took my granddaughter there. i had a very much needed cappuccino, she had a milkshake. The service was friendly, coffee was fabulous (I have to say I am a bit fussy with my coffee). They were very attentive to my 6yr old granddaughter and were able to give her a choice of small or large, which i think is always good for littlies. I do plan on going back

Had a delicious salad bowl today, fresh and so tasty! My husband had the chicken roll. He said it was delicious. Highly recommend Upsy Daisy, yummy food and great atmosphere!

Nice venue and good coffee.
There were A LOT of flies - this really turned me off. Flies buzzing around and landing on coffee cups/bench tops/tables.

This corner shop has a lot of potential. I think the focus is on the froyo but there's a short cafe style menu available also. For me, things fell a little flat. The sweetcorn and pea fritters and fried eggs while very healthy needed texture... either crispiness on the fritter or a sprinkle of salt to lift up things. Same with the acai bowl where the first bite was fine, it got a little monotone. Still be great on a hot day for a break with the kids coming in from Booran Reserve.

What a cool space! I love the interior, very fitting for what the cafe is about!
If your after something fruity, clean & delicious, then this Upsy Daisy is your jam!

Refresh those tastebuds & cool the body down with Upsy Daisy’s Açai bowls, fresh juices & smoothies; these guys are the perfect destination for those tutti fruity cravings! 🍇🍌🍉🍋🍊

After dining here your stomach will have a huge smile on it's face = :)
Hello. Imnikki
At first glance, Upsy Daisy could be mistaken for purely being a froyo joint, but walk further in, and you will discover the part of Upsy Daisy that functions as a cafe, complete with a side courtyard for brunching under the sun.

The concise menu features jaffles, toasts and healthy bowls, all which sounded unremarkable on paper but in fact, were astounding in reality. The dishes here pushes no boundaries, but what made them amazing was the freshness of the ingredients used, and the skilful execution of the dishes. My partner and I loved the fresh and delicious flavours of both the Farmers Bowl, and That's Delicious (smashed avo with smoked salmon). I did however think that the Farmers Bowl would be even better if it was warmed up slightly before serving.

Also excellent was the Wake Up Call smoothie - creamy, and with the perfect balance of flavours. The silky smooth skinny latte was wonderful too.

Of course I had to try the froyo, which I found to be a bit on the sweet side but otherwise beautiful in texture and taste. Slightly less choices for the toppings compared to dedicated froyo shops, but all the essentials are there.

Lovely and kind service from all the staffs, and the chill and casual vibe makes Upsy Daisy a great choice for healthy and delicious food.

This has quickly become my new local, lovely little place for my solo brunch dates on my days off. Last week I had fruit toast loaded with peanut butter, strawberries and banana... today I had toast with smashed pumpkin, poached chicken, spinach, corn and peas. Reasonable prices, decent coffee and a nice relaxed vibe means I’ll be returning.

Dropped in for breakfast one day, not a huge menu. It's more a range of sandwiches and snack-ish type things rather than a full on breakfast/brunch scenario. Staff were friendly but there's no table service. I wouldn't return for a meal but would grab a coffee or some froyo another time.

On the first day of spring, and my girlfriend and I decided to visit Upsy Daisy for brunch. Ambiance: the place had a splash of bright green which excludes happiness. They had a frozen yogurt station at the front and there were extra eating spaces at the back (near the kitchen). Service: Food came out quickly and staff members

Catching up with my friend today at this little cute cafe. We were a bit confused at first when we stepped in because they have the frozen yoghurt at the front but the cafe at the back. We got 3 dishes and 2 drinks which are
Pink lady (fresh juice) , Farmers bowl , Acai bowl with blue Spirulina and Falafel me crazy.

Our favourite is the blue acai bowl! It comes in the coconut bowl and it was delicious!

Upsy Daisy is a cute corner cafe on Glenhuntly Road, directly opposite Booran Reserve. The interior is gorgeous shades of blue & aqua fitted out with some beautiful plants & greenery. I loved the colour scheme & set up although the tables are fairly small.

The menu is a little different, not your usual big brunch dishes, more toasties, loaded toast, nourish bowls, açai bowls & froyo which was nice for a change. They also have a great range of drinks including fresh juices & smoothies.

We ordered a few dishes to share, coffee & smoothies. The Upsy Egg & Bacon was a pleasant surprise, egg & bacon with tomato, lettuce, mayo & relish on a super soft panini. It looked fairly basic when it came out but the flavour was incredible! I really loved the soft bread & the freshness of the lettuce & tomato. A really tasty & filling bacon & egg roll.

My friend built an açai bowl on a base of blue spirulina. It was served in a coconut bowl & the colour was so impressive. Lovely fresh berries & toppings too, we both loved this bowl.

I decided to build my own nourish bowl with quinoa, roasted pumpkin, corn, pickled cabbage, chicken, peas & goats cheese. I loved the option of choosing your own fillings for the bowl & I opted for a honey mustard dressing. It was packed with flavour & colour & was absolutely delicious.

Some really interesting & healthy dishes at Upsy Daisy as well as froyo which is clearly a hit for kids & adults. I would highly recommend trying this place, thanks so much for having me.

Upsy Daisy in Glen Huntly is a new cafe with a broad range of Breakfast options, Smoothies, Acai Bowls and their very own Upsy Bowls. The café also has its own Fro-Yo bar up the front. The focus here is fast, fresh, delicious and wholesome and boy do they do it wel

We’re loving this place. A 4.1 for me with possibility of future elevation. This was a boring old corner in Glenhuntly that’s been turned into a really good bright, airy nicely fitted out cafe. There’s great street appeal here. A fun name and attractive colours has had us wanting to eat here for weeks. We were not disappointed. The menu has something for everything. Healthy stuff and not so healthy stuff. Really good choices. I had an upsy daisy bowl that I composed myself. I’m chuffed (what a genius, eh) because it was delicious. Quinoa, roasted pumpkin, spinach, poached chicken and pickled cabbage. The deity him/herself would struggle to compose a finer, tastier and more healthy bowl. I loved it. The world’s most beautiful woman had the toastie of the day full of bolognese and topped with cheese. I insisted on having a bit. To say this toastie was delicious would do it an injustice. It was off the scale good, a really fun little lunch or snack. The coffees to finish were beautiful. Silky and rich, they’d been made skillfully but a tiny bit coolish for me. Service was lovely here. This is a very nice place. Another one. Close to genius I reckon.

After seeing the brisket, Mac and cheese toastie online I just had to try it. A bright cafe serving up toasties, breaky bowls and froyo. Coffee was really good as well as having milkshakes for the kids. Trying something from each menu the toastie was absolutely my favourite, with the açai bowl and pokecado the yummy healthier options. Will definitely be back here as the kids loved being able to play in the park afterwards.

A new Cafe from the Mr Brightside team. We went for a Saturday morning breakfast and surprisingly the cafe was empty. The service was friendly and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I haven't seen the lunch or dinner crowd but my advice to management is consider migrating the breakfast menu more towards the Mr B breakfast menu. That restaurant was packed!!

Perfect for a quick healthy meal or something on the go, upsy daisy offers an extensive healthy menu. From set toasts and bowls to build your own acai bowls and smoothies, upsy daisy has you covered. They also have fro yo at the front of the store which is a hit for the kids who wonder in from the park across the roam. The salmon and avocado toast was delicious- filled with flavour and generous in serving. We really loved the acai bowl (we added peanut butter of course). The juices were super fresh and the toasty with torched cheese was a sneaky delicacy! We’ll be back!

Discovered this new Poke bowl place on Zomato, lovely staff and beautiful poke bowl, generous portions and nicely presented! Definitely coming back!

We came here craving something fresh and healthy and were not disappointed! The food was fresh and so so tasty. I want to eat here every day for the rest of my life!

New kid on the block Upsy Daisy is a refreshing change to the quiet Glen Huntly Road shopping strip. Staff are friendly and the menu is rather varied. Seats are limited due to the small space but there is plenty of standing room up the front. Food was fresh, warm and lovely to eat. The natural yoghurt milkshake also went down a treat!
