Food taste good but the price is so so expensive. Maybe recommend you all not to order the starter.Portion too small and so expensive. Order the main dishes is more worth then starter. Service is not good as others restaurant. And for the sauce of the steak cost you $5 each. Oh dear..

Had dinner with friends, shared the Tomahawk steak (4 people). It was so good and we enjoyed it very much. As a starter we had the crab cake, which was very nice. The steak took longer than expected but we got a complimentary lovely chicken ribs. Cocktails we had were the espresso martini, lychee pearl and the elder flower power. all were good !! All dishes were well served and looked good ! The only comment we have for the restaurant is the toilets which we feel were not clean enough.

Second time to eat here. Great food. Service first time was okay. Second time was amazing. Desserts Amazing 👏 😍 Meat and seafood was great. Wine list very extensive. Must go place for a date. Service so much better second time.

Not worth the price tag of a fine dining steak restaurant. The presentations of the food was nice but the taste and overall experience was not. We ordered the standard scotch fillet and asked for medium rare but most of it was medium and not much taste. We ordered a medium rare wagyu scotch fillet that’s $90 and it was definitely soft and almost melts in your mouth but for some reason the beef taste wasn’t much. The sides were also average and quite disappointing. Staff were friendly but overall as a steak lover I would not come back here.

We enjoyed a nice dinner here with friends. All of our steaks were cooked to our likings. The lamb ribs were especially delicious. The porcine mushroom sauce is absolutely amazing & pairs well with steak and the wagyu potatoes (also a winner!). Staff were pretty attentive & service was good. Only downside would be the set table/dining times that doesn't leave much room for flexibility either side.

Great to see this gem of a steakhouse has not missed a beat since the first time we visited years ago. Very accommodating with our large group booking even though I had to push my booking time to a later session on a busy Saturday evening. Service excellent as usual and steaks cooked to perfection just like all times.

Not impressed at all with this place. Food takes ages and also caused food poisoning! It took over an hour to receive our food, with plenty of other patrons receiving their meals before we did… Only after having to follow up with a waiter, we were told our meals were magically going to arrive in 2 minutes? Not even an apology for the unreasonable waiting time. No one came to fill up any water or update us about our meal until later. Even though we were some of the first people to sit down for the night. Overcooked steak is a bit unusual for a place with steak in its title and as it’s main dish. It wasn’t the worst. But not when you’re so hungry after waiting an hour, because then there’s no point when you have lost your appetite. Following our late meal, a member of our party got food poisoning… And we know it was from this place because it was the only change in his diet for a long time! The only thing worse than food poisoning is food poisoning that you actually paid a lot of money for. Not the first review I’ve heard regarding low quality food making people sick at this place. Will not be returning.

Visited Steak Ministry for the 1st time with my colleagues after many years of just walking past it. Impressed with the overall food quality - presentation, taste, quick service and general cleanliness. We started off with seared scallops, fried calamari and followed by scotch fillet for main, onion rings among other things as sides. Scallops were fresh, succulent and I couldn't just stop with one. One serve is 3 scallops. Delicious. Calamari was equally good. Tender, juicy and cannot recall one this good from my past experiences. Steak - yeah! Great. Overall very satisfied with the experience. The place felt a bit pricey but was worth it! Will definitely visit again! Thanks guys and keep it up!

Shared a 1.4kg Tomahawk steak marble score 6, cooked medium rare, it was melt in your mouth delicious I highly recommend this place for a steak. I came back a couple of days later and tried the 9+ Marble score wagyu porterhouse and it was the best piece of meat I have ever eaten. Mouth watering. Also the famous bomb dessert is amazing it comes out smoking (dry ice) and tastes as good as it looks. The waiter was really attentive and had really good knowledge of the menu.

Just arrived home from taking my family of 6 to dinner to your restaurant for the first time. My family each had the most magnificent steak ever tasted but it was my meal that bought a tear to my eye. I have too many food allergies/intolerances to count so asked for my usual safe dish of plain tomato carrot and cucumber. The chef bought out an absolute master piece. My plate looked fancier than any other. Each salad item was prepared two or three ways (balled, shredded, chopped etc) and so much love and care was put into my dish. I have never felt so special and I cannot thank chef Chris Wade highly enough. Thank you so very, very much. You obviously really care about us the customer and you now have a customer for life. I will be singing your praises to everyone. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Best place I have ever eaten!! I had the fiver course meal and everything they brought out tasted amazing! The staff were amazing too! I defiantly reccomend this place. Literally have no complaints about it.

The steaks and all the meals were delicious... we also tried their specialty desert "The bomb". On the menu it looked like it would be awfully sweet... it was delicious ..not to sweet...and the effect of it coming onto the table was great ....we could not fault the staff. They were all so polite and attentive ..definitely a place I will go back to and recommend

Fantastic meal here with my wife tonight for our wedding anniversary. The lamb ribs were delicious and our scotch steaks perfect. The chocolate ecstasy dessert was to die for. Thanks again, we will be back!

Food was absolutely amazing! We ordered the 4 course dining experience & let Head Chef Chris take us on a culinary experience. The food was beautifully presented & tasted amazing! The staff were very attentive & we the service was prompt & friendly. Honestly one of my favourite restaurants. I have never had a poor experience and will returning in a couple of weeks!

The $35 entree share plate was pretty good. Had better foie gras though at home. Ribs were average. Not sure what they've done but the ribs were like eating bark. Poor when they are priced the same as ither good rib places. Heard the steak was yum. Not sure if I'll go back.

Great place, made a booking that afternoon and got a spot. Had a awesome tomahawk steak and could not fault it cooked to prefection.

My fiancé and I have been here quite a few (too many) times over the last couple of years. Sometimes just for a drink and a friendly chat with the bar staff, a quick nibble of those delicious Sticky lamb ribs and onion ring or a full blow out meal of drinks, oysters, more of those suculent ribs, steak (cooked to perfection), sides, dessert and maybe.... just maybe an espresso martini to finish off the night. The staff always welcome us by name and smile, they're knowledgable about everything on the menu and you're never left waiting to get someone's attention even if it's to tell you that your waiter wont be too long (unless of course it's something they can help you with. There's not much on the menu we haven't tried and we haven't been dissatisfied yet. (We are yet to get the tomahawk though #goals) They also have a great selection Behind the bar including a very delicious Hibiki 21 yr old And finally did I mention the ribs? TRY THE STICKY LAMB RIBS!!!

I work locally and walk past the place every day and thought I'd try it out. I was amazed at how good the food was and the staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. I will definitely be coming back again.

The steak Ministry for a lovery first visit our dinner last night with 5 people was great, meal here delicious .
