Chong Qing Hot Pot - Glen Waverley - Photo album

Cheap and very good variety of ingredients for hotpot. However it's extremely hard to go with a huge group as the table structure is awkward and the pots are tiny. The service was rude, ignoring us a few times when we wanted to get drinks. Towards the end, there was a very wet patch on the floor.
Terrible service on a Saturday night!! We didn't mind waiting the 25minutes for our table as we indeed didn't have a reservation. However once we sat down, we were asked twice within less than a minute for our drinks order and when we said we were still deciding both times, we were brought water to
This restuarant has horrible service and does not abide by their strict time schedule. Even though we had a booking, we have to wait half an hour to get a seat on a Monday night when there are almost no customers. If thats the case, why bother making a booking? On top of that, we essentially had to
We didn't had hot pot, although it seem most popular here, however the dishes we had, the taste is not so traditional (compare to Sydney - where we based) and the ingredients isn't so fresh, quite disappointed.
Had the Hot Pot buffet. The staff are very friendly and the service is great. Unfortunately the food is just ok with the quality and cuts of meat slightly disappointing.
Very good restaurant. The quality of food is very high. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced too.
