This is such an amazing store. Has many levels full of everything you could ever possibly need. The overall layout and design of the store is really quite impressive and definitely is worth stopping in, to at least have a look around. The staff are very friendly and are more than willing to assist you with any questions or queries that you may have. There is plenty of stock so you are guaranteed to discover what it is that you set out to find. I was really impressed with this store and will be returning again in the future.

Would highly appreciate “Yvonne “the lady at watch section. What a great customer service , with deep knowledge of all the watches. Bought two branded watches as been served by her . She got such a patience, she listen us and knew what exactly we were looking for. After the sale she explained the guarantees and policies as well. Served us with a big smile all the time. I would say she is a great assets for the company. Thanks Yvonne again 👍

Had a really upsetting experience at a check out counter yesterday by a staff member name starts with J. She didn’t seem to be interested to serve me initially and when I asked politely if they have a plain paper bag (which I was happy to pay) she just started to put the items into a plastic bag, and said they don’t have a “paper bag” without even making eye contact with me or provided other paid options. A moment later another customer arrived behind me and this staff greeted her immediately. I just asked why am I being treated differently and she said, oh no why would you think that please don’t think that, in a really sarcastic way as if I was making a silly accusation. I’ve shopped in this store many times and had good experiences prior. This was really disappointing but I’m not longer surprised seeing other reviews on poor customer services.

A great store, slightly upmarket brands. However, they keep offering great discounts and one can pick up stuff at an economical price during these sale period.

I am very disappointed with the service and treatment on Saturday, 12th February. I came in to get a wedding gift for my best friend and his bride-to-be. I’ve bought this present before on many occasions, a his/her’s Chanel perfume set. The present totaled almost $400 in which I had very poor customer service. The lady I dealt with did not give me a Chanel box or another brand, didn’t wrap the gift (wanted me to pay another $10, which I said no), and gave it in a standard David Jones bag. There was no samples/testers which I asked for. I am very disappointed with the service. I will not be returning to the fragrance department in David Jones. I cannot believe the rude service and lack of effort put into the purchase. Would not recommend.

Experienced the rudest sales person at David Jones Glen today (Sunday 27 Feb 2022). My three-year-old daughter put a toy on the ground wanting to play with it, only to be stopped by a staff member saying once the toy touched the ground, it was dirty, and they could not sell it anymore, so we would have to buy it. I think if that's their view towards a kid trying out a toy, they should have a policy where customers cannot try out a piece of clothing unless the customer is buying it, or that if a customer tries on a piece of clothes, the customer would have to buy it. Ridiculous customer service. Complete nonsense. My family will definitely not return. Do NOT go if you don't want to be treated like trash.

What amazed me is how the shelves and displays had been maintained well organised all the time, either Xmas eve, before and after Boxing days.

The staff at shoe section in Glen Waverley store do not know how to deal with customer. I caught them laughing at me when asked if they have a different size of the shoes which are on sale. The guy with pierced ears and a woman. They need some customer facing training. It is such a shame.

I arrived and waited a while for the waitress to came over. Not very friendly. There seems to be only 2 waitresses at lunchtime, when there should be at least one more. Service define fly needs to be improved. Placed my order and didn't wait long for the food and drinks which was great. I had the beef burger and it was well cooked and tasted great, adequate serving. My coffee didn't taste that nice. I ordered a late and it had more froth that a cupaccino. Milkshakes were good. Went to go pay and again had to wait, which if you are in a hurry is not very professional. There should be a person at the front counter greeting, seating and dealing with the cashier. Overall if was okay. I have been here a few times and I have come to expect the lack of service. The waitresses are definitely run of their feet.

This restaurant was a pretty big part of my childhood, given it was the first 'proper restaurant' my parents took me to as a toddler so i kind of feel like we've watched it grow.  Service and quality has definitely gone up and down in the past few years.  Currently, the menu seems quite mediocre, though serving sizes are quite generous, taste is not bad and reasonably priced too.  The views from this place are wonderful, and a window seat is always a welcome bonus.  Some staff are on the ball, others not so much.

Terrible service. Upon arrival were ignored for several minutes despite staff seeing us arrive. Many tables dirty and needed clearing. Food adequate. Definitely standard and service gone down...perhaps new owners

Friendly service. Stopped in for a quick lunch. Mature staff delivered prompt and friendly service. Good menu selections with generous servings. Enjoyed a terrific Caesar salad with smoked salmon and tasty burger and fries. Good views to the Dandenongs on a sunny day. Will be a regular here :-)

Recently attended for breakfast. The food was awful. Came out quickly, but on the whole pretty inedible. I messaged them about our experience and the feedback was appreciated and forwarded to the manager. 4 weeks later no reply.
