Do yourself a favour and order on Deliveroo with pickup option. Otherwise you'll have to wait half an hour for Deliveroo orders to clear up during peak times. As slow as a snail and attitudes to pee off the calmest of us... The chicken without crust was put back for the Deliveroo driver. I turned around for a sec, and shoved it in my box!

I love KFC but unfortunately this store needs to do better with the mashed potato & gravy. The large serving is a bit of a joke really. The potato is only filled up to 1/4 of the container. Obviously, then when the gravy is 3/4 of the tub it just becomes slop & is like eating pure gravy. Not just a one off either. Need to fix the ratio & all should be ok.

This store used to be really good and I came regularly. The staff are also very well hired/trained. I think it has change management a while back, the zinger is still good.

Parking is always a nightmare. Pulling out of a park you get cleaned up by idiots speeding through the driveway or turning in without watching. Net well thought through layout. Inside is always dirty, tables never cleaned and covered in rubbish.

Kind staff and overall amazing food. I love the very crispy popcorn chicken you should order it because the popcorn chicken tastes really good hope this review helps!

KFC at Glen Waverley (Ferntree Gully Road) Visited on 8/5/2021 Just have a urge to have KFC Wicked Wings. It is not on Special, and costs $7 more. The crispy and spicy chicken wings are ideal to eat with rice. __________________________^_ Visited on 23/2/2021, 24/2/2021 I ordered via the KFC App for the Wicked Wings to be picked up on both occasions. On 23rd I ordered using a mobile phone, and I did not encounter much problem. However, on 24th I wasted more than 30 minutes to order using the App on my Samsung tablet. The App kept rejecting the security code, and I finally gave up and use my Facebook account to log in. The store has dine-in, pick-up and drive through service. I opted to pick-up, and I had to confirm my already paid order upon arrival, because I had not mobile data on both my devices. The store was very clean on both occasions. The floor was marked for social distancing. Sanitisers were available at the counter. Two young people were at the counter serving the customers, one was at the front looking after the dine-in and the online orders, while the other one served the drive-through customers. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot and spicy Wicked Wings. The pieces were big, and great value for money. The outside of the Wings was crispy, and the inside juicy and tender. The young staff were efficient and courteous.

Joanne was the best kfc worker I’ve experienced, so happy, vibrant, helpful and kind. Good job keep it up!

I went there today; the trainee gave us wonderful service. The chips were nice and fresh but not salted at all. I saw them salt the chips, but they weren't mixed at all. So someone else's chips were covered in salt, but the layer under, my chips, were completely unsalted. Other than that everything was good.
