Are these dark, charred things sweet potatoes? Take it back to the store and ask the clerk to change it, one of the waitresses has a very bad attitude! Very impolite! The patties in the burger were also dark and bitter, very bad experience! ! !
visited this place with family around a week back, had a very nice and homely atmosphere to it, the staff were friendly and personable, and the food was also just as nice, cooked just about right with love and attention
would come back for lunch if I ever visit Burwood again

The burgers are delicious and the customer service is good, but I wasn’t so happy with my recent experience. I ordered the Caesar salad which is usually my go to and the egg white was goopy, the bread was well over seasoned, some of the lettuce was brown and there was a hair in my food 😅

The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious and highly recommended. I also loved the tokens you could get to donate to different causes such as, The Smith Family. One issue I noticed was that the burgers, in particular, weren't as warm/hot as expected. The fries were fine.
Grill'd specialises in gourmet burgers, and they really are very good. Unlike most other Grill'd restaurants, this one has an outdoor seating area and is located as part of the Burwood One shopping complex which is historically significant on that it is the site of the very first Kmart store in Aust
