Think of a coffee club with the elderly and a crafty bakery providing an extensive range of products. $10.50 for a scallop pie 🥧 was not attractive though did have some quality inside it. Absolutely love this place for brunch,It's definitely not your typical bakery! The salmon and chicken melts Are so delicious and Omg the pies 🥧 are 100 percent perfection and best pies I have ever had! I don't mind driving the 30mins to get such delicious food every time and the staff are super frie

The air filled with the scents of baking and brewed coffee give the place a nice atmosphere. I tried the raspberry house cake today and it was very nice and will definitely try the blueberry one next time 🙂

By far the best pies and spinach rolls around Lake Mac area. Great selection of different flavours. Great selection of sweets/deserts. Love coming here after having a shop. It gets busy sometimes but for good reason. Only complaint is the prices are a bit steep but you're paying for quality.

Absolutely loved the curry chicken pie (not usually a fan of non beef pies) bit pricey but lovely. Apple Danish was nice

Banjos is the best bakery, they also make the best iced coffee, I’ve been trying to find a good place in Newcastle which make iced coffee but haven’t found until I tried banjos. It’s really the best.

I had a beef and cheese pie, and a beef and bacon pie. Both were pretty good - nice, crispy pastry and decent filling with plenty of actual chunks of meat. I think they could have been a bit hotter though. The shop itself was clean, with plenty of seating. They also have some single-seat lounge
