I would say this was the best venue in Glenelg. Had breakfast and lunch here and I loved the vibe. It was a pub/restaurant/cafe all in one. Great variety of drinks on offer. Also the kids menu rocked and they were very accommodating for kids. The food was good and The staff rocked
Positive experiance at the Moseley last Sunday. I had heard mixed reviews about dining here. I had a lentil Dahl and naan bread, it actually blew my mind how amazing the flavours were. I feel like the staff were great and happy to help, cocktails were good and reasonably priced. Nice location for a catch up with the girls or at the start of a night out. I’ll return here for sure, it’s quite good. Try the Dahl!!
I went with friends who got the set menu, but with my current allergies it wasn’t for me. I just ordered this chicken dish and I have to say I’ve never had such delicious crispy chicken skin in my life! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the flavors of this dish were perfectly balanced. My friends were in envy! I would prefer this crackling skin over pork crackling any way. Will be back purely for this dish! Definitely a cool place with good vibes. Great service, we had a good experience.

As a few other reviewers have mentioned these guys got rated the best pub burger of 2017. So one day i was feeling like a burger and had a chance to get here for a visit.
Interior is nice. Pretty relaxing place. Especially on a nice day. Service is above average. Friendly. Nice. Meal came out in ok time considering it was past the lunch rush and not many others were eating. Chips were decent. Underseasoned but still crunchy and salt was on the table so could season to taste. Burger was pretty good but not as good as i was hoping. Not enough acid, too much relish, not enough seasoning. But not bad. Thought the chefs may have made sure their 'winning burger' would have been sent out perfect but unfortunately not. Still good for a pub burger but at $28 with a soft drink its not on the cheap side.
Read the Moseley Burger was SA's best burger in 2017 so made a point to check it out. I ordered said burger and the wife a chicken slaw one. Stunning summer day of 23 deg and able to sit on the balcony outdoors. Comfy tall chairs with backs that were easy to sit in. Friendly bar staff. Meals came in ok time, I am actually good with them taking some time to come, why rush? As to the food, the chips were stellar and The Moseley Burger,well just very tasty with well cooked bacon with the pattie and nice tomato relish. A good size. Wife's chicken burger similarly good, albeit a tad oily. At $45, perhaps a tad pricey but good overall.
Got the ‘Mosley Burger’ and a coke. The burger was very good. Juicy pattie, and plenty of flavour. Fresh buns used as well.
Nice balcony you can sit on to look out at the ocean/Glenelg as well.
The venue here is gorgeous and very inviting, there are different seating areas. We just wanted something light so had a couple dishes to share. We ordered the pressed Barossa chicken and the crispy beef salad which were both very delicious, although the chicken was slightly oily. I was quite disappointed with the portion size of the chicken especially given the price, certainly not what we had expected. The crispy beef salad was the clear winner here.
I love this place! It's the perfect spot for relaxation with some cool music and an even funkier vibe! The ambience is awesome with incredible feature lighting, friendly staff and delicious food. It's been my go to both times I've visited Adelaide. This time had the pasta with pumpkin and Pepita's which was lovely and my friend ordered the Caprese wood fired pizza. Reasonably priced and well worth the visit!
Had the lamb Moroccan salad here today. Service was fast and my meal was yummy and the meat was so soft. Enjoyed it a lot for a Sunday lunch!

You will feel like the coolest chick in the bar, The Moseley has a great vibe and chic look. Went with the girls for dinner and there were lots of pros:PROS:- the lovely deeply flavoured olive oil and salty pepitas served with the bread- 14 Hour Wood Roasted Lamb Shoulder - AMAZING. Absolutely delicious, rich lamb falling apart, caramelised sides and served with wild rice crunchy with nuts & complemented by sweetness from cranberries - this is your must try.- pork belly entrée. You know the kind of pork belly you get that has no faults and you have no words for? That's what we're talking here- the sautéed greens. Yummy. Served scattered with crunchy nuts, garlic and chilli it's a good comboBits & pieces to work on:- The bread. I assume this wasn't baked on site, but it was a bit doughy and undercooked? A small flaw that I can easily overlook but if I had to say- The Squid - Squid was a little bit over, and served in a sauce that was especially salty. Took salty for the subtleness of the seafood.- The service. Hm? Everyone was lovely and that's great but the cocktail we ordered wasn't the one we got, and the lady serving us whilst nice came across as a bit over it. Totally understandable but not the vibe you wanna get as a diner.So yeah. Some of the food nailed it (READ: LAMB SHOULDER), but a few bits and bobs to work on. Great location. Great for a drink. What a place.

Out looking for real estate with good foodie mate in the Glenelg area, well, there are only so many properties you can peruse before lunch and then it hits! Grrr hungry, lets go Glenelg see what’s happening! Ventured in to The Moseley, good choice. Décor is quite chic for a hotel and we were quickly ushered upstairs for lunch. We both had a hankering for fish, ,ordered the good ol fish n chips and we were not disappointed, battered cod with chips (enough chips to feed every seagull within a 2km radius!). Here is my but! The menu says, with salad? Consisted of mesclun leaves with dressing, mmmm, would have liked actual salad, you know, like cuc, tomato etc, but none to be found, I think this is essential with battered fish. We had some cocktails, which were ok, not great for $20 per pop! Eyeing the other meals coming out, I noticed they were generous and looked pretty good. Great view from the balcony and the service was excellent. We were given the block number bleep bleep thing that you take back to your table, but the accommodating waiter bought our meals to us anyway, so we didn’t need to get up, nice touch! Definitely recommended…..
Downstairs at The Moseley is rapidly becoming one of our favourite haunts.
A simple menu (but not simple food) with everything superbly done. Fantastic staff delivering fantastic service - I just can't say enough good things about The Moseley.
Downstairs has a great range of gluten free options and the staff will always go the extra mile to meet your needs.
A lovely venue, we sat upstairs and all 12 of us really enjoyed our meals. Considering how many of us there were; the service was really quick which is always a good thing. A great place to celebrate a birthday - I will be back.
It was my mum’s mission to find a place to have breakfast for my sister’s birthday. Unfortunately she wasn’t having much luck due to most places being closed as it was boxing day. She then stumbled upon The Moseley Bar & Kitchen, and let me just say, I’m glad all those other places were closed. I wasn’t sure what to expect on arrival but as soon as I stepped in, I fell in love with the place. The Moseley could be described as fresh, light and chic with an obvious but not over-the-top beach theme and a sense of rustic appeal. With two outdoor areas, one downstairs and upstairs and a large indoor space including a pizza oven, you can’t go wrong. The Moseley Bar & Kitchen is easy to get to as it is located right by the tram stop at Glenelg in Moseley Square where the iconic beautiful beachside is enjoyed by people from all over the world. The Moseley has just introduced a brand new summer menu, which I got to enjoy.
Fantastic brekky! So glad we choose this place for our breakfast on our visit to Glenelg, it did not disappoint. We had the Clean Breakfast and cereal Panna cotta. The Clean Breakfast was two perfectly poached eggs, sourdough toast, guacamole, kale, tomatoes, sweet potato puree with a nut Dhukka.. Delish and super filling! The Cereal Panna Cotta uses corn flake soaked milk for making the Pannacotta and is very well presented and accompanied with figs, raspberries, bees pollen and nut clusters, pretty special and only $15. Do yourself a favour Rad-delaide get yourself down to the Moseley for brekky! Two flippers up from The Sweetlips! 🐠
We came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The atmosphere at the Mosley is great, well decorated with a fresh clean rustic vibe. The Brioche French Toast was a delicious stand out. It came with poached pears, crème pâtissière and topped with a butterscotch sauce and walnuts.

We regularly visit the Moseley for breakfast but this time we went for dinner. The same standard, high quality food and service even though it was a very busy Saturday night. I would recommend ordering a meal there.
Probably one of the coolest places to go in Glenelg for a drink and some food. The pizzas were quite good and the menu is extensive. It is a bit expensive for what it is including the cocktails. It's got a cool vibe though, great on a warm day for a beer with friends.
The Moseley rose from the ashes of the Dublin Hotel a couple of years ago, however we hadn’t crossed their threshold until this very visit. Immediately it impressed with its refit – gone was the dark and moody setting of before, and instead we have space, light and a touch more refinement. The restaurant area downstairs was particularly pleasant as you may pick up from the photos, while upstairs broadened out, spilling onto the deck where, not surprisingly, most people were gathered. There were some great touches to their bar menu, and the restaurant options looked sensational. However, it was the burger we were here for, and they did not disappoint....
Located in a prime position only metres away from the beach, The Moseley Bar & Kitchen has become the trendy place to hangout whatever time of the year. To make things even better, they’ve introduced a new Summer menu, which Adelaide Food Central was invited to sample. All food and drink were provided free of charge.
I was told to go for the ribs so I rolled the dice and it paid off. They were like the ones you see on the Flintstones cartoon and tasted great also. Cooked to perfection as the meat melted off the bone. They Also had some great beer for consumption. The Clare Valley King Kong Stout being one of my favorites. The atmosphere is very relaxed and modern with a nice upstairs area also. A great location if you want a meal near the bay!
I dined here last night with 3 girlfriends on a ladies night out. The food was absolutely delicious - I had the pressed chicken with duck dumplings - a perfect dish. The service was impeccable until it came to paying the bill. The lovely waitress we'd had all night left the bill on our table. Then a waiter - who'd not serviced our table all night - rudely demanded "cash or card ladies?". I understand he was trying to clean up and pack up for the night but there are other more polite ways to hurry us along. A polite "would you like to finalise your bill, ladies?" Wound have not put a sour end to our lovely evening. Very good food though so I'd come back for that.
It was my first visit to The Moseley Bar & Kitchen and boy has it come a long way from The Dublin. From a place so dark and dim to a whole open bright space I would say it was literally night and day. I was just admiring the floor to ceiling windows at the front before stepping in see a chill out area with hanging egg chairs. What a lovely space. Copper and stainless steel track lighting modernized and brightened up the space immensely along with light wood floating floorboards and a lighter earthy colour scheme. Next was the beautiful handcrafted marble bar with copper pendant lights hanging over it. Very classy, very chic.
The dinning atmosphere in Glenelg, especially around moseley square, has been dramatically developed over the past several years. In 2014, after a multi-million-dollars-redevelopment, the Moseley Bar and Kitchen opened its door to the public. The old dublin hotel has become a part of history but the new moseley bar and kitchen has shown strong activity since opening. Focusing on local food produce, the pub image itself has a premium dinning destination at the bay. If taking a look at the internal decor on the entry of the venue, diners will definitely been impressed with the industrial revolutionary period feeling – at least, I did.
Had breakfast here, sat downstairs, great atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Can't complain about anything. One of my new favourites.
Impressive. Entered with a friend on a chilly weekday, planning only to have a look and some beverages. We decided to stay for lunch, after noticing how trendy the venue was and perusing their menus. Downstairs offers somewhat more upmarket food, whilst upstairs dining is casual. We made ourselves comfortable upstairs, and ordered the fish and chips, and mushroom pizza respectively. My pizza was cooked in the marvelous wood oven out on show. It was fantastic, piled high with funghi. Service from the young chap at the bar was terrific. Can't wait to sample Moseley's downstairs delights on my next visit.
Squid and parmy were fantastic . Coming from Perth and only being able to compare to pub meals on the west this is most defiantly a winner with my husband and I.
Perfect dinner. Fantastic service throughout. Started off with beef tature, which was absolutely delicious. Had the barramundi with pea mush and chilli aioli which also was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place!!!

These guys have done a great job turning the dirty, seedy old Dublin into a bright, warm & modern venue. The food is outstanding - modern but uncomplicated & delicious (had breakfast twice & dinner once). Absolutely delicious. Whilst the staff are friendly, the service is the only thing that marrs the place. We kept getting our drinks after our food. Still, hands down the best food & beverages to be found at Glenelg.
Kick back and relax. Today was our first time at the Moseley and we were both really impressed. The new decor is relaxing, the furniture is comfortable, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is fresh and delicious. I had the lobster and prawn scrambled eggs for breakfast, and have come back for afternoon drinks and nibbles. The bar upstairs is a lovely place to chill out too. A new favourite for sure.
A stunning venue that feels chilled from the min you walk in. I have dined here a few times now and the food never disappoints. I shared the pork belly with my partner and we basically fought over who got the last piece, so yummy. The sizzling prawns where delightful, the pizzas were delicious with their fresh and unique flavours and as for the steak, you have to resist licking the plate at the end of the meal. But by far my favourite part of this venue is those gorgeous hanging chairs in the entrance, such a relaxing place to sit with a glass of wine, I wish I could take them home with me. Amazing effort everyone, keep up the great work.
