It gives me great pleasure to write this review last night in the space of two weeks I have had a meal at Capriccio in Glenelg, let me tell you that if you’re looking for a little gem of a restaurant this is it, the steak is out of this world, Damien was our waiter and once again the service was excellent. It’s a rare occasion walking into a restaurant and having a feeling of being treated as if you’re the only table, absolutely wonderful experience. On this occasion I brought a friend of mine that teeters between vegan and meat dishes well his comments about the steak and pumpkin was “amazing”. Definitely going back!!

We’ve eaten at this cosy family-run restaurant many times and always enjoy it. The food is delicious and traditional Italian fare. The service is warm and personable. The setting is quaint and unassuming. Gluten free dietary needs confidently and diligently catered for. We’ll keep coming back!

Four of us went for dinner and we all had something different. Everyone of us was absolutely satisfied with the quality of the food. The handmade pasta was outstanding and all of the flavours were divine. The level of customer service high and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended 👌

Enjoyed our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary dinner there for ten people. We situated at a round table near the entry to the kitchen/toilets.
Food was delicious as usual and service was great. However, we were constantly rushed to place our orders which wasn't ideal.
Towards the end of our experience (approx) 9pm we could hear one of the staff yelling at someone about stacking chairs etc using the F*** word aggressively and loudly on several occasions, followed by stomping aggressively and swearing throughout the restaurant.
Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and disappointing.

Service was fantastic. The meals were nice, but the risotto was the worst I've ever seen/tasted in an Italian joint. Take it off the menu and all would be good.
