Review The Greens Sandwich Bar & Cafe - Glenelg

Wonderful little cafe, lovely staff and great spot to people watch in the outside area. Had an extremely delicious meal and coffee frappe. Definitely return for more vegan options that I want to try

So I had these pancakes in the past at least 5/6 times. And this time they served me just one and when asked, told me they are two pieces but just fused together. Utter disregard to service. When you can totally see it’s just one. I’m not having it for the first time to not know the difference of the size. Look at other people pictures of pancakes in reviews you’ll see what I’m talking about. Thanks, never coming back.

Really cute cafe toward the beach end of Jetty Road. Friendly staff were welcoming, inside was clean and tidy. Food was lovely and the ice coffee was definitely good value- I actually almost felt it was bottomless! Bagel was delicious. I’m not sure if it was by mistake but there was cracked pepper on it which I’m not a fan of. Other than that there was not much to fault at all. Dining is in and outside- plastic sheets to stop the wind on a cold day like today outside. Great meal. Will be back

It’s an incredible little eatery along Jetty road. Portion sizes are amazing, and food is simply divine. Only tip would be having S&P easy to access and Haloumi was slightly too salty, but otherwise perfect! Really great place for Vegans and Vegetarians too!

Superb breakfast on Jetty Road, Glenelg... I tried the breakfast menu for the first time at Greens and was not disappointed. I had the mega brekkie which was true to its name. I loved that there is a little bit of everything on there so it is unlikely you would want or need to add anything to it (unlike big breakfast offerings from some other cafes) Not too much bacon, not too much Halloumi, not tok many mushrooms and the chorizo was a nice addition. It was like a tasting plate of all the breakfast items. My fellow diner had the 'Smashed greens delight' and added smoked salmon. The dish was beautifully presented and was delicious. The coffee was great and there is a nice dining atmosphere whether you are seated indoors or out. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Lovely little cafe on the main drag of Glenelg. We had the buttermilk pancakes and the smoked salmon bagel which was delicious. Service was friendly and food delivered promptly. Lots of people came in for takeaway coffee. Limited seating (20).

Excellent Coffee and generous serves of sandwiches. Friendly staff and good service. Had the Reuben and the chicken sandwich...both were sublime. Fantastic gem. Edit: came back after 9 months and the food is just as good. My parents tried a Reuben (their first) and loooooved it. The owner chatted to us and was very nice. The establishment has been around for 2 years.
