Nice place for a quick stop and eat some health food. I loved the açaí with the Mix of grains that they have. They even sell these grains there. The place has a nice vibe and is quite near to the beach, which is very convenient.

Best açai bowls I’ve had and all the staff are really lovely! Coffee is also pretty good. Pic is of a bowl I got the other day - delicious

Poor quality, most food over shelf life. cheese cake looked like it had been sitting around for the last century. Unfortunately it was take away so I had to throw it out.

Definitely one of my favourite place for açai bowls, cute little shop down a little alley way. Bowls are delicious, lots of range.

Delicious Asai bowls ♡ I regret what I ordered small bowl … I will definitely order big bowl next time.

Great selection of Açai bowls and chilled out vibe. One of the best vegan options we found in the area.

Fresh, clean and healthy. If you love healthy guilt free food, then this is the place. Their biwls are full of nutrition and flavour. Instead of having icecreams and shakes i love having bomdia bowl which is fulfilling and healthy. They also serve vitamin shot made out of fresh pressed fruits and vegetables.

Best acai I have ever tasted and made by the two friendliest guys around! Would definitely recommend an acai bowl, iced mineral water or coconut water! Keep up the great work guys :)

First time having acai bowls and damn am I full and feel awesome!! Will definitely return! And I'm such a sweet tooth so I'm constantly having to battle gorging on chocolate and sweets, but this bowl of healthy goodness just hit the spot perfectly!! Love it!!

I grabbed a takeaway half açai half mango bowl this morning and it was pretty delicious. It did take a little while to make considering there were two staff members and I was the only customer but I definitely enjoyed it.

At $16 it is probably on the more expensive side for something coming in a plastic bowl as it’s pretty like priced to what you pay in an actual cafe. Plenty of other yummy looking things inside from raw cakes to cold pressed juices. I’ll be back!

When I saw that Bomdia were claiming to have the best açai bowls in Aus I thought it was far fetched. After all, an açai bowl is an açai bowl - right? Wrong! This was hands down the best açai bowl I’ve ever had. It looked as stunning as it tasted and I wanted it to go on forever. It was so good that I bought their home made granola to take home. Can’t recommend this place highly enough for great taste, great value and quick, friendly service.

Love these bowls - I always stop here when I'm in the area! Healthy, taste great, fair prices. All in all I really love the food here and definitely recommend them.

Have been wanting to try this place when visiting the parents to see how it compared to my much loved Sydney acai establishment @acaibros I got to say whilst not a perfect fix it is good but I did miss picking my own toppings as you can at Acai bros but it does the trick

Best Acai bowls in SA 😍 great for summer, must try if you're in Glenelg, or definitely worth the trip there if not. Cold drop coffees also 👌🏽👌🏽

One of Poppy's go to places for a refreshing raw fix. I almost always get the Bomchoc bowl with raw Snickers and Bounty cake, organic honey, strawberries, coconut flakes, raw cacao powder and Acai blended mix. Protein balls are also nice, my favourite being the peanut butter. Prices are on the higher side but I always get a nicely presented and tasting bowl. Thumb up, definitely worth an eat.

A cute little bar with delicious acai bowls. I had the Bomchoc with raw bounty bits on top my friend had the traditional bowl with coconut necter (vegan option). We both loved them but did agree they were a little sweet and would omit the honey and necter next time.

Bowls are a little on the expensive side starting at $9 for a small bomdia bowl (acai, granola, banana and strawberry) but they are a great healthy alternative to icecream in the summer months.

Loved the acai bowls. Great taste and easy on the stomach. Had the standard bowl which had plenty of nuts coconut and other fresh fruits. Will definitely be coming back.

Acai bowl was so refreshing in the hot weather. Vegan options (coconut nectar instead of honey). Friendly service. Highly recommend for a summer snack. Will return.
Laura
YUM!! The acai bowls are so good. I love the original bowl which has loads of toasty coconut and fresh fruit as well as coconut nectar. So much flavour. The staff are really lovely, too.

Have to say I was pretty disappointed.
Waiting over 15mins for an acai bowl is pretty ridiculous when there is no one else in the store and that's it's specialty. Also the portion sizes to price are really stingey. It was almost like getting a sampler. When you order the small you expect to get atleast 3/4 of the size you order...not under half, especially seeing as at most other places you can get what they call a "medium" for the same price as the small ($12). The bowls sound good on the menu and look pretty from a birds eye view (thanks to one sliced and placed strawberry) but definitely aren't worth the money. Won't be returning sorry.

As people becomes more health conscious, we’re starting to see an increase in health food stores pop up around the city. The latest place to join the health food bandwagon is Bom Dia Bowls, a store that specialises in the use of the acai berry. The acai berry is a purple reddish fruit that is native to Central and South America, and is touted to have anti-aging and weight loss properties. At Bom Dia Bowls, there are 3 acai bowls to choose from and are available in small or regular sizes. They also have a selection of smoothies and beverages which are all dairy, gluten and refined sugar free.

Looking for something different for breakfast one day, I (Mirko) decided to drive down to Glenelg one weekend to give Bom Dia Bowls Acai Bar a go. Bom Dia (loosely translated to Good Morning in Portuguese) is a fitting name for this venue given the healthy focus it has. The venue space itself is quite small with a seating area for approximately ten people. This to me, indicates that it's more of a takeaway venue however if you want, you can eat in (like I did). On any other day, I would have taken mine away to the beach but at 40 degrees I couldn't do it! As the name suggests, the hero of the menu here is Acai. Acai is a super berry native to Central South America and is claimed to have numerous health benefits. I was first acquainted with Acai on a recent trip to Brazil and enjoyed it so much so that where possible, I will give it a go.
