We won't be eating from here again. We had very burnt roast potatoes last time. Husband mentioned that tonight. An apology was given. Again, we were given very burnt potatoes. Chicken well done too. I took a photo but unfortunately can't post.

Great staff and service. The food is good value for money. The local community loves this shop. The owner can remember the usual customer’s name and what they like to order. Nice shop! Definitely recommend to friends and colleagues!
The food here is amazing! The fish and chips are freshly cooked, also I really love the gravy sauce. The chicken are another must try! Highly recommend!
My first experience there tonight as I'm new to the area. 2 bits of butterfish and medium chips for just over 14 bucks. Perfectly (and quickly) cooked. Total value for money!!!! Keep up the good work, and keep them prices down. Cheers Jan's!!!!!! As Arnold would say.....I'll be back.

So not happy with Jans fish and chips glenelg east got large chips and alot of them have mould on them and are rotten ,i rang them and she said yeah our Supplier gave them to us like that and we know about it but we still sell them.she said refund but Totally unacceptable to serve this to people!

Generally very good value for money but why you would place a cold salad inside a hot fish and chip pack defies belief. The salad container is so small you can hardly get a fork in it and no lemon.
First time ordering fish and chips from here tonight. It was 6 pm and they were quite busy but this did not affect the quality of food. Fish was lovely and batter crunchy, chips and seafood sticks also yum. Thanks chefs😊…will definitely be back 👍
