First time visit.
I probably would have given a higher review if it hadn’t been for the fact I wasn’t told there would be a 20 min wait due to a large phone order when we went here a few weeks ago.
Apart from that the food was enjoyable and value for money. There was little grease which is a bonus. Gravy was some of the best I’ve tasted and was generous in the serving.

If you are wanting delicious gluten free food, I would highly recommend Chick N Chips at Glenelg, the first time I went there I had 1/4 chicken, chips, coleslaw and gravy and yesterday, my second time there, I bought a whole chicken, some chips a rice salad and 2 dim sims, all were amazing. Lots of choices are available, lovely friendly staff as well.

Ordered chicken n chips and a parmi with a h as half chicken .when I arrived a photographer was taking shots of the dishes that they sell .can believe after telling the owner I was doing a review the gave me old chips maybe the refried display ones , they chucked in a hard onion ring that should have gone in the bin at lunch time . $32 wasted

Just took my kids here for lunch. Great service and excellent food. Burgers were amazing, chips were tasty, onion rings a huge hit!!! Highly recommend

It's great to find a take away fish and chips place that also has fresh and healthy salads. Highly recommend the sweet Patato chips I'd never had them before but they are the best!

So suprised to see other poor reviews on here as I have visited atleast 5 times now since the store opened and I love everything about the place. The food is incredible, chicken to perfection, sweet potatoes chips best I have ever had.
Friendly staff, cool interior and displays. I love the whole concept you should open multiple shops. 10/10

We ate here yesterday, one of our twins has coeliac disease. We had a bag of chips which were delicious and the chicken rocks, his face was priceless when he tasted the sample you gave us to try, being able to choose anything from the menu is a rare treat for him. We ordered 12 rocks as well and he was a happy boy!
The shop is lovely and clean and very friendly, I would recommend for sure �

Second time here in a week, after the first average visit we thought we would give it another go, but have been left disappointed again. Chips, fish & steak sandwich on first visit, fish looked soggy in a strange batter, chips looked great but tasted very bland - like there was no salt?? Unsure if coincidence but the 3 of our group that ate the fish all had bad tummys after. Chips again tonight, were a very tiny size for $5...and no salt again, making them bland and flavourless :-( I understand the shop is relatively new so hopefully can improve!!

We have ordered from here several times and can’t fault the food or the staff. They did get an order wrong once but went out of their way to fix it up and more than made up for it. Always our first choice for good gluten free takeaway love it !

Hi got chicken and chips last Friday night first time I have been in there must say all 4 of us who ate the chicken we're disappointed the chicken was very dry couldn't even use the left over next day as it was so dry...but the chips made up for the chicken they were fantastic .....shop looks lovely and clean.......

I had the opportunity to come into your shop some time ago now. You assured me your potato cakes were Gluten Free. I have Coeliac disease so it is imperative that they were Gluten Free. I went home.... I was ill. I rang you and you said the brand was Cracker Jack. I have contacted them and they said your potato cakes were NOT gluten free. Can you please check again with your suppliers, and then ensure that you give your customers the correct information. This misinformation can cause great distress.

Love this place. I had a delicious chicken and gravy roll. I haven't had one of those for many years. It's great to be able to eat gf takeaway safely - not easy as a Coeliac. I'll be back. I look forward to tasting their burgers next time.

My wife has not had fish and chips for 7 years, so to find a store completely devoted to coeliacs was fantastic! Plus the owner chucked in some chicken tenderloins for free! What a legend. We'll be back! Very tasty!

Our youngest boy is coeliac. It was great to find a place that made GREAT food and catered carefully for him.
The fish burgers with the lot are SUPER! (I had that). The boys loved the chicken nuggets.
We enjoyed it so much, we went back.
If we lived in Adelaide, we'd be regulars.

My partner and I came here while on holiday from Melbourne. Must say, this was the best chips and gravy. I don't normally eat gravy unless homemade but this was so full of flavour. Would recommend coming here!!

The fish tastes fresh and they have a great range of gluten free options. Service can be a little slow sometimes and they are often out of stock in crumbed prawns however I will always go back.

We have chicken burgers and chips fairly regularly (monthly) from this shop since it has opened. The service and food is quite inconsistent. We've had some great burgers from here and chips are generally pretty good. However tonight we ordered via phone and we're told it was a 20 min wait. We got here 20 mins later and waited a further 20 mins for what amounted to soggy and lukewarm chips and an average burger that wasn't started until we were there waiting. Need to be consistent....

Unfortunately food was not great. Food tasted stale and I am not sure if I was accidentally given gluten free bread or something? Produce didn't seem fresh to me. Lovely staff - service was all good.

Went here about a week ago and ordered fish and a small chips. Chips were powdery and soft and the fish resembled that of an overcooked chicken, the "batter" was even worse. The design of the shop is awesome so I had pretty high hopes with the food but was sorely disappointed :(

Replaced the old chip shop, the food is nice...limited selection for a chip shop. On the higher end regarding price- 8.95 for a chicken burger. Would go back just for the sweet potato chips.
