It's amazing to see how everything is changing, but instead of getting better, it's the opposite 🤦🏻♀️ Prices go up, food goes down and how! Also, the lack of attention to what is being done. How is it possible that WITHOUT A SINGLE CUSTOMER IN THE STORE, ask for something in particular and make a mistake with the order? and when the "correct order" arrives, it is something that instead of causing you to eat it, provokes is indignation when you see it. KFC as has deteriorated in my opinion. The photo says it all 🤦🏻♀️

Tables and floors were not clean and disgusting. Bins were full and drinks in fridge not stocked properly. The fillet burger was tough and didn't seem fresh and the sf all looked young and couldn't care less

One of the dirtiest KFC outlets in Adelaide and understaffed too. Dirty tables, staff struggling to keep up with the orders. I guess drive thru service might be better, but definitely not a dine-in outlet.

Food was absolutely searing hot when we received it. I very nearly seared my mouth. had to wait probably 10 mins before I could even eat it without burning myself. Do yourselves a favour and let the food rest for even a few mins before you serve it up. It looks better. Tastes better. is in every way better

I ordered a box with tenders, popcorn chicken, chips and gravy. The chicken tenders were tough and stringy and really small. The box had about 6 old undercooked chips in it, even though the meal description said it included a regular size chips. I was still hungry after it was all eaten. $15 for a tiny amount of food is a ripoff. Not recommended at all

So this as my local KFC, I rather travel to Marion KFC,
Glenelg KFC, has the worst customer service, always running out of cooked chicken, then having to wait up to 45 minutes at times for my order.
Everytime I have visited Glenelg KFC, always an issue, especially with the young teenagers, standing around talking, playing on there phones, distracted from there job.

Not 1 clean table. A guy came out to clean a table when he was asked, cleaned 2 tables and went back behind the counter to talk to colleagues. There were 3 groups waiting for tables to be cleaned. We had to clean it itself.
Bin was overflowing.
More salt than potato when you order chips. I couldn't eat them all even after scraping salt off.
Music playing had swearing and the videos were definitely not PG.
