Great venue, full of ambience lots of hidden treasures around the place. The train & clock are great features, wonderful for kids & adults alike. The pies & pastries are delicious, so many choices!!! The Breakfast & Lunch menu offer great choices too, the S&P Calamari so tender & tasty, so too the Burger. We found the staff very friendly & throw in great coffee & you’ve got it all. Probably the only downside is the uncomfortable stools for seating inside, probably space saving, but that’s just a little thing.
We have been here 3 times and each time it's been super busy but service has been quick and efficient. The barista is really friendly and helpful and the pies were the best I've ever eaten. We've also tried the pastries, eclairs and cronuts. Yummo! Fresh and delicious. Totally recommend this bakery.
What a gem! Love the vibe here, amazing pastries and breakfast menu. Ordered the avocado smash and loved it. Very friendly owner too! Go! You won’t be disappointed
Glenorie Bakery has quickly become our preferred location for a short break from the everyday or mundane. The Bakery is located just a short country drive from Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Dural or even within reach of Wisemans Ferry. The ample menue of pastries & pies etc to a full heart meal caters to all tastes as does the alfresco bar & children's play area & all located within a character filled barn type building packed to the rafters with interesting things from a bygone time. Watch the train chuff it's way round the walls above your heads & watch the little man dance to the clock chime. A marvellous place to take visitors.
Fabulous venue, sweet and full of country ambience. A really traditional bakery with love. Apple pies in half a dozen varieties, trad pie, topless, crumble top, turnover with or without cream. Devine eclairs.
Fast service. Friendly staff.
Had our first visit today for Mother’s Day and as you can imagine it was crowded, but from the amazing decor, friendly & hard working staff, great entertainment & welcoming vibe we felt right at home & cant wait to go back again. So a massive shout out to all the staff, your hard work was appreciated by lots of mums today.
We went on the Monday of the Queens Birthday weekend. They were flat out. We managed to get a table. The line was out the door to get served but it moved quickly. Food was great. Dessert even better. Good atmosphere. We’ll definitely go back.
Friendly vibe and spectacular food you won’t find anywhere else. A very unique experience that will never be forgotten by me or my family
Absolutely the best in the NorthWest. We take a drive out here regularly for a family indulgence. Best eclairs ever! Rivals all other bakeries in Sydney.
What a great way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. Food was amazing. Service was great, as was the cosy atmosphere. Loved the rustic decor and the burning combustion stove. Family all ate pies and pastries with a coffee, but will try breakfast or lunch menu next time. First time there, but definitely won't be our last. Topped it off with scenic drive coming across on the car ferry at Berowra Waters.
These guys know how to make a good pie! Such a lovely place to have lunch. Coffee good also. Hubby couldn’t believe there was a bar! Small play area for little ones also and cake! Perfect.
This is the perfect destination for the weekend drive, Beautiful cafe bakery!
The pies and sausage rolls are outstanding quality and the cake and sweet selection is premium. Lots of beautiful condiments and big range of Christmas food gifts at the moment, It’s mid November. Lots of tables inside and outside for dining with a small kids mini playground. Today’s visit was to buy cook at home pies, Sausage rolls and Spinach and feta rolls. Good value with the take home packs.
Very easy to spend money here, But I don’t mind paying for quality and food that we love
Honestly I think it’s quite hard to make pies that stand out from other pies 🥧 But the nicest thing about this place was the thoughtful design inside and I loved how they had small little honey and jams that you could purchase in glass jars. ALSO it was cool seeing the train make its round above you. The pastries looked quite normal but didn’t try any this time.

Had the pleasure of visiting Glenorie Bakery today - thanks to a recommendation of a friend. It was such a quaint little place just near the Glenorie village market. The coffee and food were just great. The ambience was just perfect. An added advantage is you can take pets too. :)
Glenorie bakery is a local institution and for good reason. Coffee is good, a wide selection of savoury pies most of which are great, and their home baked sweets are amazing. They also do a lot of “you take it home and bake it” takeaway items like pies, sausage rolls etc so if you want to impress a date and make it look like you’re a brilliant chef, you can. Their absolute stand out is their sweets; cronuts, vanilla slices, chocolate muffins, eclairs, Anzac biscuits etc. you name it they’ve got it and they do it well. They’re really well set up for both dine in (indoor and outdoor area) and takeaway. Plenty of parking at the Woolworths opposite the bakery. I’ve eaten here a ton, never had a bad experience.
Such a great place for a quick bite to eat, a coffee or a lunch stop. We will definitely be back next time around when we are in the area.
The atmosphere and decorations itself worth the visit, adding great food and service, and it should be on your list if you in the area or a local.
Can't wait to drop in again for the cakes and croissants 🥐🥐🥐 😎.
Tasty pies and pastry. Also a very good coffee. Unfortunately, every time we come there around 2 -3 pm, there are no more Shepard pies or mash. We recommend to bake more of these popular pies.
Wonderful stuff with friendly customer service! Class Interior , decor and design! Fresh bread , pastries, honey etc. Coffee was great too! Must visit place.
