I asked Siri for cafes nearby and this was the first to pop up. After drooling over all the food photos on google reviews from 42Fifteen, I finally made the rare female decision of deciding where to eat.
It was safe to say we were not disappointed. The staff were all wonderful, the coffee went down a treat and the egg bacon bene was very delicious with a citrus twist in the hollandaise.
The meals were very generous in size too, so I left feeling very happy and well fed!

Amazing eggs benedict. Also, unusual comment but the babychino is artful (and a bit indulgent) - great density of foam, chocolate on the bottom, white marshmallow included, pink marshmallow on the side... Definitely try the shakes. Staff amazingly helpful with kids.

Sensational food and the coffee was quite good too. We had the Pork Kimchi Omelette and the Flamenco Eggs. The omelette was one of the best I've ever had. A very unique oriental twist, and simply delicious. The Flamenco eggs were covered in a little too much cheese for my liking but underneath was this delicious mix of chorizo, tomato, peas and mushrooms. The table was broken and very wobbly, pretty much the only negative. Louder music outside would have been nice too. Cafes need good music!

If you read the reviews, you would honestly think, yeah this doesn't seem to bad. But trust me when I say don't bother, the food was cold, and it took 45min to get to the table. The cafe had about 7 people in it. The big breakfast is not that big. Very disappointing, especially after reading the reviews. They must have their friends doing it for them.

For far my favourite place to go for breakkies. The waitress are very smily and caring, the menu is amazing and the food very tasty. The prices are correct and staff very well presented. definitely recommend that place as THE place to go to eat and have a good time.

Boutique dining at it's best with a relaxed atmosphere.....fantastic food (best charcuterie platter we have had & the truffle fries? omg). Divine drinks menu - whether you want coffee, a beer, milkshake or funky twist on a wine spritzer this spot is a breath of fabulous fresh air & welcomes everyone - whether fresh off the beach or dressed to the nines for a special occasion (or even if you arrive with your 4-legged friend) we'll be back!

Easily the best breakfast and coffee in the Gold Coast! We are regulars here and travel every weekend from south GC. We have regular visitors from Sydney, who now request to come to hot shotts when here. This place is a must try... you won’t regret it!
Scramble eggs is my go to and the breaky burger is 10/10!!!

Hot Shott is the cafe we have been waiting for on Tedder. The service is faultless, the food delicious, and the ambience amazing. As a local, I appreciate the staff and the excellent service they provide. Food is delivered hot and quickly, and the menu is comprehensive. The 2 lady owners deserve to do well, as their passion shows through them and their staff.

The BEST eggs benedict I have EVER had, and a looong way ahead of #2! Friend also had a ridiculously tasty hotdog, and I imagine all their food is to die for; a Chef that obviously knows his trade!

Even the ceiling is cool; a big chalkboard covered in chalk art!

I just visited this cafe now and I wish i could give this place more than 5 stars!! I had the loveliest girls looking after my table and the food tastes and looks incredible!! I appreciated the attention a very kind waitress gave me when she saw me struggling through a delish Acia bowl because of my sensitive teeth! You girls made the start of my birthday absolutely fabulous, I cannot thank you enough!!

Best cafe on the Goldie, hands down. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating, food and coffee are always top quality. There is a great vibe here that has been missing from Tedder Ave for the last few years. Their atmosphere is excellent and many other cafes could learn from it.

The cafe was super busy but that was to be expected for a beautiful Saturday morning. Despite being a hive of activity, all the staff were friendly and served us promptly. The food was delicious and coffee was great. I honestly couldn’t believe how quick the food came out, so good! Thank you for a great experience.

A friend recommended this new cafe 3 months ago as it's just around the corner from me and I found love. I'm now a regular every time I visit Gold Coast! Awesome staff, happy vibes, good coffees, and as for their delicious food, the Smokin' Avocado needs to be in everyone's bucket list, they use Mt Tamborine's avo and serve up perfectly smashed in applewood smoke - I don't think I can find a Smashed Avo dish as good as this in Melbourne! My 2nd love is the Benedict of Benedicts. I'm already looking forward to return in February! Keep it up ladies!
