Years ago, I wouldn't even dream of having bubble tea at Surfers so it's nice to see Gongcha on the main Cavill Avenue alongside Chatime.
This Gongcha was spacious, clean and friendly.
The longan and red date tea was good, though I did ask for full ice but was only given quarter. Not a big deal for me but can be a deal breaker for some especially on a hot summer day :)

I love bubble tea and Gong Cha is usually a great place to get it anywhere you go, however today, i was disappointed with the service at Surfers, and in turn, my order. I ordered a regular oolong lychee tea with less ice and ended up with a drink that was half ice!! $6.90 for half a cup of ice; very disappointed.

The real Gong Cha, not the copycat!!! Great customer service, I ordered an oolong milk tea with no sugar and little ice, it is the first time the staff in Gong Cha let me taste the sweetness. A little bit shock, cause the staff in Melbourne are like puppets🙃

Milk tea was like any other gong cha, interior was nice. Stomach was a bit off afterwards Although, not too sure if it's because of the milk they used.
