Who knew fantastic coffee and delicious Thai could be found at the one cafe! Our favourite local spot. Cute deco with quick service.

This our all time favourite brekky joint and Thai dinner. Everything is just delicious, the coffee is superb. My hubby can't find a better bacon and egg roll. I can't pick a favourite, I always want to try something else both at dinner and breakfast. The fresh juice is sooo good though. Ben and Mickey, the owners are amazing and so kind. We're so sad that they're finishing up. An all-time family favourite.

Lovely people, great food and good prices. I only went for a quick coffee but ordered their budget lunch special also. I asked if they could do the cashew basil dish with tofu and that was no problem. Highly recommended it’s it’s cozy and quiet with a wide selection.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Fave local cafe after being away in Melbourne for 7 years. Lots of healthy and vegetarian options. I love the Amazing acai, gf brownie, tea, almond decaffe cap, fresh juices and fried rice and vegetarian dishes. I go with my flatmate regularly always get treated very well. I would be happy to eat there everyday. Delicious.

You guys rock!!! We loved our take out on Saturday night. The flavors were sensational. Particularly love your Tom Yum Goong and your sticky chili pork belly, that was to die for. My partner loved the Chicken and Shitake mushrooms and your Thai fried rice. Thank you.

Outstanding local cafe serving awesome coffee and super-fresh meals hand-made by the owner husband and wife team. They know all the regular customers (and there's a lot of us!) When I'm in the area I have breakfast here all the time!

Best food. Best service. Best coffee. Brekky, lunch, dinner or takeaway, they never disappoint and everything on their menu is amazing! Our personal favs are the chicken Penang curry, pad see ew, pad Thai, chorizo scrambled eggs, their acai bowls are awesome. There’s seriously too many favourites to only pick one!

You guys are rocking it. Was told about Thaiger from a work colleague and am pumped to have found another local in the Southport area. Love the breakfast and lunch choices, huge varieties. Had the gourmet bagel and i especially love the sticky pork dish, so authentic and fresh. You might need to take away the Nutella donuts, they're too tempting for me! Best donuts in the universe guys! Going to try the Oreo next time. Coffee is particularly good too. You guys are the best!

My fave cafe at Labrador!! Best coffee & smashed avo with poached egg...can't go past it! Ben & Miki are gorgeous!! Cannot recommend enough.

When I'm in Labrador I will always drop in for coffee and food. Really flavoursome Thai. Super affordable. Their coffee is one of the best on the Coast and I'm a coffee snob. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I love this place. If you're in the area drop in.... you won't regret it.

Great little cafe/restaurant. I had been here a few months ago when it was called Big Sur and the coffee was just as good back then, they have now added a Thai menu which is available for lunch and dinner. I had the chicken pad thai and it was superb. The owners are lovely too which is always a bonus, will definitely be my new go to for Thai

...once you stray north of Chirn Park, the great little spots to eat seem to dry up, especially at night. It’s like entering the dark and barren suburbs, or so we thought. But in the last week we’ve discovered two humble establishments worth visiting: Mr Brown’s Kitchen and Thaiger, both in Labrador.Serving a mostly Aussie breakfast, with only a little Thai influence on some dishes, such as Caramelised pork and the Thai-styled Salmon omelette, it’s lunch and dinner that excite us.<br/>“What we cook for you is what we eat,” Ben tells us. “Older generation Thai people cooked Thai food to suit Aussies, but we’re young, so we cook your food like we have at home.”

Had Groupon dinner at this little café a few weeks ago. We were the second table in early 6:00pm and the whole café was then full of diners (even some had to occupy tables outsides even though it was very cold). Order entrees of fish cakes, satay chicken and my favourite Tom Yum soup. Mains were one curry dish and one of the stirred fired dish. Fish cakes and the chicken satay came with average standard taste but the Tom Yum was above average with just perfectly degree of spiciness and aroma of herbs. Heroes should be the two main dishes, particularly the stir-fried pork with cashew nut. Honestly, prior to this visit, I have not seen any Thai restaurant who serves stir-fried dish with such a kind of "wok qi". Thumb-up!

Always amazing breakfasts here could not fault a thing, and they also do amazing Thai food for lunch and dinner, the owners are just lovely!

Awesome coffee, great personal service from the husband and wife team who know all the locals and regulars, excellent food, I love going here. This is my favourite cafe in the area, no question. They also open in the evenings and serve as a Thai restaurant, with equal standards. 10/10, I'll be going there for brekkie tomorrow morning!
