Perfectly cooked eggs, bacon too crispy for our liking, but food came out quickly and service was good (although we did have to ask for the pot of tea we ordered to come out with the meal), very nice coffee.

Was recommended to eat at this place with work colleagues saying the food was really good. Went on a Friday around 10 am with my son, acknowledged by staff, stated I needed a menu and we sat at a table visible to staff walking past regularly. It took over 5 mins to get a menu but the staff member walked away before I could even order drinks. When they finally returned to take our order it took a further 25 mins to get our drinks and a further 10 mins to get our food. Whilst my breakfast was really nice, the service was actually terrible. Even my Mr 17yo was unimpressed. To add even more frustration to the experience, I went to the counter to pay and was told the total verbally without any proof for me to overlook so I knew what I was paying for.....gave my credit card and said "savings because I hate paywave" and of course the staff does paywave. This was the final straw.....I won't ever be returning.

Great coffee and good quality food. The owners are always there and are hands on making great coffees and greeting you as you walk in. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Always going back for a great coffee.

I've been coming to this cafe for the past 5yrs and they always make the best breakfasts and lunches! I tried their new lunch special today and I think it was the best lunch I've ever had ! Keep up the good work

I usually eat @ Crave about every fortnight and while relaxed service is the norm today is sat for 45minutes with out being asked if I wanted a drink. 25minutes in I had to ask for a menu as no one had even acknowledged my presence at their table right in front of the barrista. When I told the arrogant girl making coffee that I wasn't prepared to wait any longer to place an order she told me "Don't over react". When I asked for the owner she told me "I'm incharge today but come back and make what ever compliant you want another day I really don't care". I don't care how good the food is disgraceful service should be repaid by zero business. I won't be back except to talk to the owners who know how long I have been a customer for. Will be interesting to see their response.

The most appalling service i have ever had, no service with a smile hardly any communication at all walked in and one of the workers were on there phone and didn't even greet us, the other worker slamed down my drink and food and didn't even say enjoy your food. The food on the other hand was great chef did a good job bacon was a bit over cooked.

took them an hour and abit to deliver our order and it doesn't take that fkn long as we've ordered here before, appparently uber driver took the wrong docket forgot our order so had to remake again. So not happy with their delivery service, yous need to replace your drivers !
