Absolutely terrible Dominoes. Always, ALWAYS late with delivery and slow service. Had more free pizzas here than anywhere else due to their "sorry we were late, have a pizza on us" delivery cards. And even when delivering this, they still come late. Quality of pizzas is gradually declining. Absolutely terrible customer service in store. Ran by kids, low staffed and poorly managed. Dominoes franchise needs to rethink this store's staffing issues. Edit 11 months later... Had more issues, including not getting add ons where paid and requested, forgetting to remove ingredients such as chilli when requested, and also receiving a pizza that wasn't even cut.

Ordered a loaded supreme pizza. Loaded pizza was handed to me with no cheese and no topping sauce. They forgot the cheese for my pizza???Asked for a remake which came out with cheese but with no topping sauce once again. Asked for sauce and then they flooded it in capsicum sauce. At this point was too annoyed and hungry to ask for another remake so settled for for my 50% sauce pizza. Did not even want to complain because the store is run by children and I knew they would not care. 0 stars is possible.

Second time I made a delivery order where I had trouble with the delivery. I made the order 30 minutes before closing and got a notification that it was on the way. I’m only 4 minutes away from this location and after waiting half an hour later, I never received my order. I called them and they said it’s on the way. 10 minutes later it still hasn’t shown up and when I called them again, they told me that there’s nothing they can do about it because they are closed. They said the delivery driver they spoke to earlier was new and didn’t actually have my order.

Worst experience ever! Domino is not taking cash anymore, the young lady at cashier refused to take coins and too lazy to count them. "that's a common sense that coins not included in cash, and people don't do that." shame on that. If you don't accept cash, make it clear to customer to avoid confusions! This young lady lack of people skills and obviously need more training! Will keep following it up to head office.

This was THE worst service! Not only were the pizza's cold, but they didn't have correct boxes so the large were split into 2 boxes. Took over an hour to deliver, was cold, received someone's else's pizza's and no garlic bread. When we actually phoned the shop, no apology, just ...."we busy". This was my son's birthday dinner, as he loves pizza. Thank you so much Domino's for making it special for him!!!

If they mess up your order, don’t expect anything from them. They forgot all our sides when we ordered, called up and they offered us a refund or store credit. We got our pizzas so we didn’t see it as fair to take a refund, so we took credit, only to call up tonight for them to try to convince us that we used it, only for the manager to say there’s nothing there.

The staff on Saturday the 4th June at around 5:00pm were quite incompetent. They didn’t include the extra sauce swirls (extras we paid for) on our pepperoni pizza and we found traces of onion on it (one of us has an onion allergy). We had to drive back (extra gas money) and they remade it for us (it was quite a wait). No compensation was even offered. Staff need more people skills training.

Minus 5 stars if it was available Absolutely disgraceful!!! Leadership is pathetic in this organisation starting at the top which is the management which even after two attempted contacts has still to call me back offer two weeks. Management at store level is also non existent with poor young people left on the counter to deal with irate customers as so called team leaders out the back of the shop shrug shoulders saying I don’t even know how to do a credit. Their answer is just take down your mobile number and we will give you credit next time you come in. Well that’s no good if we don’t ever come back based on the experience you just gave us. As an employer myself I know how important staff are and they need to be trained and equipped to handle the job it’s your responsibility and Dominos Ashmore you have failed in this area. The fact that you won’t even call me back to discuss what happen during my visit to your store shows me that not only do you not don’t care about your customers but your also not interested in your staff who are the ones you leave on the front to be your face. I will continue to post this on multiple sites until you show face and call me to discuss this matter which for the last two weeks you have avoided. Regards lost customer Don’t reply to me asking me to fill out a bloody form. Pick up the phone and speak to me like a human. I left you my mobile number in your shop twice with two of your floor leaders so if your really interested in assisting me then get the number and give it a call. It’s the least you could do I reckon.
