Bisou Bakery - Gold Coast - Photo album

Went here for breakfast and ordered the truffle scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was drowned in oil (which barely tasted like truffle). The sourdough also had enough butter and oil that it was soggy. Quite a mess for $20. The coffee was good at least, but we had to ask two staff me
I enjoyed a nice afternoon tea at this bakery. I had a very good experience. Coffee was very nice, had a slight caramel flavour to it. And the French Vanilla Slice was fresh and scrumptious. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Service was prompt. And the atmosphere around the Fresh Food Court w
A pretty lacklustre experience unfortunately as we had high hopes due to the tasty looking display. The staff seemed quite unengaged despite it being a quiet afternoon. Our coffees came out promptly, but my overpriced banana bread ($7.50 I think??) took forever - I was half way done with my coffee b
I nor my wife won't be going here again, despite living in the area. 1) Girl at cash register was completely disinterested, unfriendly and needs training. 2) First table to sit down had plates on it and was unclean. So we went to another table which had no plates on it and was also unclean. Ther
Good coffee Staff are young but need a lot more training in customer service. They appear to hate being there, never smile. When I was given an almond scroll instead of the croissant I ordered and asked for it to be exchanged I was scowled at and told they’re the same thing when they clearly aren’t.
Agree with most reviews re customer service. Unfriendly, with sour faces, hardly polite, border unpleasant like sneering at you. Except for the lovely waitress IMEI, the only smiling one. The vanilla slice though was delicious. Thank God! it compensated for the poor service.
Ordered 2 salmon bagels and 1 tiny bottle of sparkling water. $35.40. Seems hugely overpriced and the bagels were tough to eat. Not a great experience.
Food looks delish! But $25 for a coke a sausage roll and salmon bagel? That didn't taste that great!? No thanks.
