Nice coffee, but overly sugar coated churros, try it with the cookie butter dip, was the tastiest. However the staffs in hijab were really nonchalant, the male staff had to step in to help several times..

Horrible service as always. I stood there patiently waiting to be served (stood at the counter for over 10 minutes) only had two staff on. I placed my order and waited for an additional time. Staff were uninterested. Food took a long time- hopefully that just means it was made fresh to order. Coffee was good, presentation was great, but there was hair in my churro snack pack.

Worst experience ever, walked in and 90% of the tables were dirty. Wow has this store gone done hill. Sold out of the 2 things I went to order - croffle and Marshmallow hot chocolate bomb. Visited this place 10 days ago. We waited 45 mins for our order of 2 hot chocolates! Many uncleared tables, we had to ask for our table to be cleared. At about 3pm they were turning customers away, even though it wasn't closing time. The hot chocolates we had were nice, which was the saving grace.
