Nice coffee, but overly sugar coated churros, try it with the cookie butter dip, was the tastiest. However the staffs in hijab were really nonchalant, the male staff had to step in to help several times..

Horrible service as always. I stood there patiently waiting to be served (stood at the counter for over 10 minutes) only had two staff on. I placed my order and waited for an additional time. When the hot chocolate arrived it was spilled all over the dish, my cup was chipped and the lady said nothing, chucked it down and walked away. Every table was dirty in the store. As always terrible service, sorry surroundings, and average food.

Food took a long time- hopefully that just means it was made fresh to order.
Coffee was good, presentation was great, but there was hair in my churro snack pack.

Best churros and hot chocolate ☕ ..freshly cooked and served . Clean space for Dine in. Friendly staff.Had very good experience. 👍.Tried their new "Special El Classico churros for two and 2 Hot chocolate combo "..which is good enough for 2 people.

Worst experience ever, walked in and 90% of the tables were dirty. One customer was waiting 40 mins from what I over heard, had customers waiting in line while the 5 staff that were on kept walking past them behind the counter. All the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and one of the guys on his shift walked out to the tables looked at them and walked out the back without cleaning them. And they can’t say they were busy cause when I was there they didn’t have anyone else in line.

Three staff on today with 2 customers in store and waited 13 minutes for a fruit fondue! Finally served whilst watching the other staff members head out the back on their mobiles. Toothpicks given to pick up soft strawberries and no serviettes. The standard of service, presentation and quality of the produce is certainly below average.

Wow has this store gone done hill. Sold out of the 2 things I went to order - croffle and Marshmallow hot chocolate bomb. Most tables inside were dirty with food everywhere and empty plates/cups which weren't being cleared unless requested. The young guy serving was clearly stressed and trying his best. Senior leadership is needed. On a nice note the white hot chocolate was enjoyable.

Visited this place 10 days ago. We waited 45 mins for our order of 2 hot chocolates! Many uncleared tables, we had to ask for our table to be cleared. At about 3pm they were turning customers away, even though it wasn't closing time. The hot chocolates we had were nice, which was the saving grace.

Ordered the Churros for two which comes with 6 Churros and two dipping sauces. We shared it amongst 2 adults and one toddler and we enjoyed it. <br/><br/>We had the hazelnut and salted caramel dips which were yummy but I think I will go back to just chocolate next time.<br/>Comes with either cinnamon sugar or icing sugar. Fairly sweet so pick up some water from the counter!<br/><br/>High chairs available and parents room nearby next to Ispa Kebabs.
