Only my second time eating here as we don't have a Carl's Jnr where I live.
So many menu items I wanted to order but ended up taking the healthier option and order a Chargrilled Chicken Salad and regular hand cut fries.

When opened burgers were on point. Unfortunately burgers always cold. Cheese doesn't go close to melting and just doesn't sit right eating it.
Given it a few times over last few months and same. Chicken burgers always hot but beef are almost cold.

first time was great
second was not. onion rings were cold as well as chips. patty’s were dry and actually hate to eat. the only ones in store waiting for dinner and it took 30 minutes!

I’ve gone to the Carls Jr in Hope Island for the first time two weeks before and it was amazing, so thought I’d come here. I raved about it to my family and decided to take them here. The fries were amazing but our burgers were cold and not that tasty, which is disappointing.
Burgers are always great here. If I didn't enjoy the burgers as much as I do, I would get the fries. Love it!
