Review Ozi Kebabs - Gold Coast

WORST PLACE TO EAT IN QLD! Would not recommend even to a homeless person. Would rather go to bed starving then eat from here again. Have never given a google review before but thought this place was worth my time. The most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Walked away mid conversation of ordering and left us standing there with no intentions of informing us of what he was doing. He then started to make our order with only knowing one item. We had to then tell him we weren’t finished ordering for him to come over. The worker was so unhygienic and was sweating uncontrollably which made us feel very comfortable considering he was making the food we were about to eat. We had then seen him wipe his sweat off with his hand and continue to make our food. At this point we were ready to walk away. He then got a tissue and blew his nose and did not think to wash his hands but just continued on making our food! My partner then asked for a carry bag to put our order in, the worker replied “sorry we have a shortage I can’t”. We were then left carrying multiple items with our hands which I then dropped half of our chips on the floor just after leaving the shop. The worker had mixed up our order, we ordered lamb and he gave us beef. He also burnt our food. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! 2 MINUTE NOODLES WOULD BE BETTER

That girl nader deserves a pay rise, she made the best kebab I’ve ever eaten and it was a pleasure getting served by her. Her customer service is second to none. Will be back for more kebabs

If i could give no star i would!!! Hello! I went to this kebab joint! After a night out in surfers on the 1/5/2022 about 2:30am!!! I was literally waiting in line!!! Right behind my cousins!!! I was literally ordering!!! Food!!! And the guy acted like he didn't care!! Or didn't want to do my order!!! So he palmed me off!!! And so did the second one I ended up standing waiting while they served others even though I had just ordered!!! I have witnesses on how they treated me!!! A potential customer!!! They were all ignorant and very rude!!!! All the staff at surfers paradise Zi kebabs!!! 2:30am shift!!! My friends and family will not be getting kebabs from here again!!! If that is how your staff treats its customers!!!! Poor service!!!!

Food is nice, second time extras weren’t added to meal via ubereats. Don’t order olives or pineapple, they never add. If you don’t have it in stock block it from ubereats ap, you’re just going to get bad reviews otherwise. Regardless I’ll give 5 stars, note to people who read reviews, don’t add extras.

Good taste Kebab in ten years period The last time I had OZI kebab in Surfers Paradise is about 10 years ago. At that time, there was not many places for small bits or budget lunch. Choosing a $10 kebab would be a great choice for budget trip. Now I just had another try, the taste is still good, not very high quality food but good for a small lunch/bite. I ordered the $11 lamb kebab combo and it's totally enough for a big guy.

Wasnt sure about eating here due to some of the poor reviews, but after some fun exploring surfers there wasn't many food options available at 11.30pm. Either way we ended up getting the meat and rice meals and omg they tasted amazing, meat was very fresh, rice was not dry at all. Would definitely eat here again! So cheap aswell for such generous servings. I couldn't eat it all so put the rest in the fridge for tomorrow :)

MY NAN LOVED THIS PLACE! picked my nan up from the left hospital after her hip replacment and took her straight here. She ordered a kebab with mayo. EVEN NANDOS APRROVED OF THIS #GANGANS top 20 moments. much reccomended! unfortunately a dog name franked pulled up with a pump shotgun and 440 pumped some random nan :( $ top 10 burnt frank moments

Don’t want to hurt small business but the pizza we ordered was horrible and oily. Food quality needs attention here.

They Do have the best and Cleanest Kebabs in Gold Coast, Customer Services was really fantastic, Very Clean . <br/>They Do have Halal Food , It was Easy for  me and my team when we visited Gold Coast.

I went for the first time tonight and absolutely love it. The food was amazing and staff are very friendly and attentive. Prices are fair for the delicious food. I will definitely be back for more.

by far the best kebab shop and service was excellent always eat there friendly staff and the kebabs are huge so filling   , quick efficient and yummy

Had a beef kebab here last night. It was delicious. A little pricey but worth the money. Staff were friendly enough. They had quite a number of customers but service was efficient.

Disgusting service, misleading advertisements. Food reasonable but the service was absolutely shocking! Owner needs to be careful with employee choice. She was on her mobile phone while serving customers.
