I Love Love LOVE this cafe! The coffee is amazing, the food is at another level delicious along with the presentation! When we visit the Gold Coast, Elk is our daily go-to for breakfast or lunch. I hope the locals realise how lucky they are to have one of the best cafes in Australia down the street!
Had the best breakfast & hot chocolate today I just had to come on and leave a review. The green scrambled eggs with sausage is just beautiful, compliments to the chefs for a really yummy breakfast. The Lindt hot chocolate is GORGEOUS, best hot chocolate I’ve had.

This café was a vibe, very well situated and appropriately busy, yet the customer service and product quality was there.
My friend enjoyed their eggs though my banana bread was quite simple. I can't complain though as it was vegan 🙏

Came here for brunch with friends, ended up doing the mimosa hour brunch. It was fun! And the food was great. And the venue was stylish. Definitely would do it again if I lived closer!
Had the breakfast burger with smashed hash brown the salmon fritters and mango matcha and mixed berry smoothies. The breakfast burger was great and the salmon fritters were very flavourful. The mixed berry smoothie was nice but the standout was the mango matcha which was delicious. Customer service
