Bad customer service, they will basically serve you if they want to. Waited 20 minutes only for order to be cancelled. Not happy plenty of other sushi places I'd recommend well before this one. Also sad to see sushi chain on board.
Horrible sushi, avocado was brown and the chicken in it was so old it had started to sweat. Spring rolls were rubbery and potato salad was bland. Would never reccomend going here again.
I ordered delivery through uber eats and was very disappointed in what I received.
If they had handed this to me in store I would have asked for a refund.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED, most food in the bento box was frozen/pre cooked food, frozen spring roll, bulk cheap renkon dish, only thing it as cooked was rice/fried rice and teriyaki chicken (WAY TOO SALTY). It was a really stupid experience to order food in their restaurant. They took orders when the restaurant was closing but did not make orders. I tried to cancel the order but failed, but turned off the electricity and kept me waiting for nearly one and a half hours but did not receive delivery. Why

Me and my boyfriend come here all the time, our rice bowls are always fresh as well as the sushi. Great customer service and quality food for the price! We never go to any other sushi train but this one.
