Review Noodle Box - Gold Coast

I am sad. I was told 8:35pm pick-up, then arrived at 8:41pm and was told it would be 10 more minutes… I am hungry and sad. I will update this review if it is very tasty. One of the three boxes we ordered does not contain the corn and bean shoots that were requested, and also had less sauce than the others. This is not up to the (already low) standard of Noodle Box. Update 2: Another of the three boxes has an issue – it contained a piece of capsicum, which was not in the order. Update 3: There was a hair in one of the boxes… I would give 0 stars and a report to the relevant authorities if I could.

Waited 45 minutes for two sweet+sour and there was only one other customer there. The chicken was dry and only included 5 pieces, a few veggies and loads of rice. Don't waste your time or money here. Plenty of other great take-out options around the corner.

Disappointing. Will never order from noodle box or menu log again. Ordered a delivery to a hotel from noodle box via menu log with a request to call mobile on approach so we could collect. Within 15 minutes order was marked as delivered. There was no phone call, and nothing left at reception. I contacted restaurant who said it was a pick up order - they still charged delivery fee, no call received. The restaurant was very unhelpful and refused to help. I contacted menu log and after waiting 30 minutes who said restaurant flagged order as delivered. The contact at menu log was unable to help and money won’t be refunded. I have made a formal complaint. Will never use either noodle box or menu log again.

the people who serve here are super rude, and if they go to work until 10 at night they must have their service very well until that time. We arrived at 9:40 and they looked at us very badly and we did not receive good attention.

It was absolutely horrible and just unproper cooked meal!. Tonight, I made an order by uber eat, ordering KT (spicy), which is my always order, I've doing takeaways in this store several times as I liked it before! However, because I used the ubereats today I forgot to mention that I'd like to make my noodle spicy, so I called the store immediately after placing the order. The staff answered to me that it was no problem. I received my order and surprisingly the spicy sauce was just left on the top of the cooked noodle without stiring, which they've never served them in this way before. I even don't know which spicy sauce they put on, the sauce was just very sour and horrible, I had to throw the top part of my noodle as they are uneatable. The problem was not finished yet, the onions were undercooked and I felt almost raw today, again they were uneatable and I had to throw them away. I don't know if there are new chef or staff changed completely, because my meal was taste nothing same like before. It is not my problem about staff, however, don't serve dishes to people in this way or do train your staff. Although I knew their front staff are not super friendly even before, I didn't really care about it because it's kind of "takeaways" store for me. But after tonight, I don't think I would order this restaurant ever again nor recommend there to people.

Walked in late at night as they were closing, just landed on a delayed flight from Melbourne, starving hungry and everything else was closed. These awesome guys got the pans out again and made me dinner, absolute life savers!

Great fast food, chips and chicken were super crunchy. We went I'm with a massive group of us and we were all very happy.

Food was cold at pick up. Small chicken serving, mostly rice. The egg rice was not seasoned and there was no cutlery. Overall bad experience but I hope they get better in the future.
