Review Big Fellas Pizza Molendar - Gold Coast

Best parmys I've ever had. ~$22 can easily feed two or even three people. The parmys are oven roasted so not greasy and much more healthy. The chips served with the parmys are not oily either and have the perfect ratio of chicken salt in my opinion. The pizzas are loaded thick with toppings (more than I've ever seen elsewhere) and very well priced at $12-$18. Great value and friendly staff. Not a big fan of their Pastas though, but that's not what I go there for!

Never a bad experience from this place! Definitely worth the drive down from Brisbane. Huge meals at a damn good price.

Wow, what an amazing meal you can get here. Great value for money and large portion sizes. If you love pizza and ribs give this place a try. Freindly service.

Loved it until.... Advertised a lunch special for 4 day with buy 1 get 1 free pizza. You cannot buy anything when they just dont open! 2 1/2 hour return drive and 4 ANNOYED ex-patron. Then they just blocked me as a facebook page.

Ordered the prawn and pineapple and it had no pineapple! They called to let us know that the chosen drink and dessert were both out of stock but didn't bother to let us know that one of the two main ingredients for the pizza was too. Also, the delivery driver was rude. First and last time for Big Fella's. Big disappointment.

Great meal and value for money. Service was quick. Ribs were huge and chicken parmy alone can feed a family.

Big cheap OK parmy with dried up bits of mushrooms which looked sad, place is a bit grubby, coke fridge was low as, as in none, probably wouldn't eat here again

We went to the shop 30 mins before they close with our 3 year old kid. The owner looked very grumpy and was not willing to serve, saying someone inside will serve you and we had to wait. Waiting for 10 minutes no one served and once we came out of the shop once to take the outside breeze, they slammed the door. The attitude was rude and it was unacceptable. That made my son cry. This shop shouldn’t run a business. He was racist and should be reported.

This place is a dirty dive, absolutely horrible food and service, even the water tastes bad ! My frozen coles pizza was more appealing than there rot and not to mention cock roach central!!

The customer service I received on Friday was appalling I placed my order online and the pick up address was Merrimac. I received a text message to say my food would be ready in 20 mins so i left my house when food was going to be ready only to reach the store and they were closed I then received a phone call which I could hardly understand the worker on the phone they proceeded to inform me i would need to collect my order from the ashmore store which i asked for the address the lady on the phone told me to look for it on the facebook page which is totally unprofessional i informed her I'm in my car how can i search for their address then she gave me a address which i put in my GPS which lead me to Labrador. I called the store back finally was given correct address. When i arrived at the store my food was not ready which they had a good 60mins to cook it. I then asked to speak to the owner to make a complaint about the terrible service i received in which he just shrugged his shoulders there was no apology for the inconvenience i had experienced something that was meant to be a quick and easy dinner took me an hour and half by the time i got back home my food was cool and soggy. I will never order from big fella's pizzas again and will be telling all my friends and family how disgusting there customer service is.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered delivery ( should have looked at the rating first) called to complain about the taste ( lack of) was told I needed to bring the Pizza back for a refund. After a long dispute with girl on the phone. Asked to speak to the owner. I was told I had called at a peak time so he was to busy to speak to me. I then asked for a call back at a less busy time and contacted them on FB. Just to get interrogated. Please Please do not support this establishment it is truly quantity over quality.

This place is terrible! From the moment we arrived the staff were rude and not at all welcoming. We ordered a pizza with no anchovies, when the pizza arrived there were anchovies on it and when we bought told a staff member not only did she tell us that we did not say no anchovies she was so rude and told us we could not have a refund! After arguing with her the manager came and was equally rude finally refunded our money without saying a word let alone apologizing. Not to mention my kids would not touch the carbonara not surprising after trying it I discovered it tasted purely of herbs.. none of which should be in carbonara. Lastly the chicken schnitzel was soggy and tasted of oil, gravy was pure gelatin, chips were the best thing about this place and that is pretty sad really! Never again, and I'll be telling everyone I know to stay away!

not pleasant at all, very sloppy service cheap large meals, no aircon to cramped and yes the meals are "BIG" but very cheap quality. hardly do reviews but this was a waste of money!

Child has been hospitalized with acute food poisoning from Big Fella's Pizza in Merrimac, serious diarrhoea alert and Cockroaches throughout food prep areas and restaurant. Do not eat at Big Fellas it is a public safety hazard.

This place is the best great large meals at cheap low prices . You can't go wrong eating here . They have 11,500 followers that can't be wrong on Facebook. Pizzas are old style and taste is great . Ribs come our huge with chips and salad . Tom

We love the ribs great price  ,,,,,,,, Parmys are very good and the pizzas are well topped .... there facebook has alot of pictures of there food just go and look for yourself

The worst pizza I have ever seen, I say seen because I didn't even bother trying to eat it. All the ingredients were separated from the base and squashed in to the corner of the box like it had been dropped. I usually don't bother writing reviews on things but this was something else. Disgusting.

The worst meal I ever had. I went to big Fellas over my holiday and ordered ribs and a parma. The parma was so dry and and the ribs tasted as if they were left out all day just like rubber. And so expensive. Please don't waste your time at this crap hole. Better off going somewhere else

Absolutely atrocious, we ordered 2 pizzas at 7:50pm, I called them an hour later as it still hasn't arrived only to be told that they're busy and will be another half an hour. The pizzas finally arrived at 9:55pm - over 2 hours after placing the order... Pathetic
